How to Raise Competition Prestige?

Hello everyone,
I've been struggling to raise the prestige of one of my gallop competitions running in my EC. Does anyone have tips for what I should be doing to help bring it up?

Also, does anyone know what exactly makes a competition prestige higher, whether it's the skills of horses running in it or simply how frequently it runs?

One way, is by making sure it runs as often as your EC allows. If you can, enter 2 of your own horses in the competition.
Increasing difficulty will help as well, however be sure that it is not too high if it struggles to run.

your comps are pretty good actually. 80% is nice. just keep slowly upping the difficulty.
