I'd expect them to be in the same order as the reindeer gain skills by doing rides:
Speed > Gallop > Dressage

Speed is top, followed by gallop, then dressage. (Based on what my reindeer are showing in overall skill numbers) If you’re thinking of using passes to make your reindeer become more competitive though, look at the top placing reindeer.

don't bother trying to get the top in the ranks. unless you spend a ton upon a ton upon a ton of passes.
