Were you on the Ride event page? You can buy 3 roulette spins there for 95 passes. That's the only place I'm finding the numbers you mention.

If you're certain it was equus for passes, you would probably do best to open a ticket with Contact Us and see if they can find out what happened, because buying passes with equus seriously hasn't been a possibility on here for a long time. I think that was taken off of the game around 10 years ago.
