Creation Space: Helios ray

I have probably tried 20 times to submit a Helios ray file but every time it’s saying it’s not the correct format. It’s on the frame, the black lines are uninterrupted, it’s the correct dimensions and file size, but nothing is working. I even made sure the file is jpg and not jpeg.

Any ideas?

unfortunately, the canvas you can download in howrse is not the correct one. Do you have the 2106x940 pixel canvas? It's pinned in the "#your-creations" channel on the howrse discord server.
