Best location, etc? Starting first EC!

Just about to start my first Equestrian Center.
I was wondering, what the benefits and most favored locations would be? Beach, Forest, Mountains?

And any other starter tips on ECs are super appreciated!

The only big difference in location is the kind of resources you can gain from boarded horses doing missions. Forrest = wood. Mountain =iron. Beach = sand. You can change the location if you decide you want it somewhere else later. Off hand I think it's 100 passes to change and you can do it every 30 days.

What you can't change is specialty. That decides if you can offer classic, english, or western competitions.

it also decides if which type of tack you can make and offer
