the cache is where the cookies are stored. Also known as your browser history. If you've cleared the cookies, then the cache is clear.

not very helpful at all, they deleted my gameplay question without even giving me a reason why. they didn't just censor it, they straight up deleted it because I asked a question about where to get help on reporting a player? were they mad because players were agreeing with me about it being difficult to get any help on this game?

I’ve messaged support several times and they just keep spinning me in circles … I tried to purchase over $30 worth of stuff on the app and everytime it took the money out of my account and then would give me an error page and i didn’t receive any of the things i purchased ..

It would be really nice to see some VIP features be more accessible via mobile, as well as the account sharing feature being able to be used via mobile for those of us on teams. I suggest this also because as someone with a disability, it can be debilitating and hurt my hands on days I have to compete and blup horses, being able to use my vip features from mobile I know would help myself and many others who may suffer similar issues with mobility and prefer to use the mobile platform for the ease of use being less painful.

please remember not every little thing needs to go to Contact Us. I've seen recently people saying they sent tickets in that did NOT need to go to Contact Us. Ask about it in game play first. Most things can be answered there. They will tell you if need to go to contact us. sending uneeded tickets to contact us just makes real problems take longer.

It would be nice to have a “history” section in the mobile app - like the classic version of Howrse did. I found this handy and it was nice to know when you received any bonuses or the winnings from a competition etc.

It would be really helpful to be able to bump sales for VIP members on the mobile version. It’s super annoying to constantly have to switch to classic to bump sales. Also, being able to use your saved searches via mobile would be beneficial.

I knew nothing about keeping a horse ranch. But I ghosted the other players until I got to ask them questions and they were very happy to help me.
