Ho Ho Ho! Put on your best Christmas sweater to keep you warm during the Christmas Hike to the toy factory!



How to play?


Click to display

Spend tokens to activate your cards to move forward across the board. Cross the checkpoints to claim the rewards.

There are 4 different types of cards:

Switch - Change the line.

Move - Move forward by 1, 2, or 3 km.

Counter-obstacle - Find the right card to counter the obstacles you face on the way.

Joker - Counter any obstacle blocking your way.


On your way, you can collect useful items during your hike:

Tokens

Gifts from the game

Gifts to send to a friend

Gifts from a friend

To receive them, you have to pass through the square they are on.

How to get tokens

There are several ways to get tokens:

By connecting every day on the game (with a bonus if you connect 5 days in-a-row);

By completing daily actions in the event;

By finding them on the board;

By buying them with passes (95 passes).


The Divine Hikes

The Divine Hikes will start on December 23rd!

The objective within these hikes is to navigate through their paths, similar to the standard hike.

Find the exit of the hike to receive a significant reward: an increased number of divine fragments for the respective divine horse.

The divine Hikes are now officially OPEN. Embark on 5 different hikes to collect fragments of multiple divines: Vanilla, Hippocampus, Red Giant, Miluji tě and Smoke.

Vesele Vanoce
Vesele Vanoce is from the Czech Republic and is part of the Christmas horse's series.



New divine:

White Dwarf
White Dwarf is one of the Stellar horses.
You can get her fragments in the Tyche’s Crown, by playing the Hike event, or by completing your Daily Objectives.

Yes, the "hike" at the end is because that is the path to take if you want that divine. Like how it says Smoke Hike or Vanilla Hike.

No, only Vesele Vanoce and White Dwarf are.



Miluji te was released in Golden Fleeces for St Valentine's
Smoke was released in the Rider Store (March)
Red Giant in April
Vanilla in the TC (August)
Hippocampus in the cards (February)

And I've got 750 frags for Red Giant already so I'm hoping for him too default smiley :-))

Only 98 steps in, I've been struggling. Was having rotten luck the first couple of days having to switch lanes every 3 steps because I was never getting cards I needed for the obstacles, so I'm a little more nervous about my chances than I was. I'm definitely getting the Christmas divine and Hippocampus, but I may have to give up the Love divine. default smiley :s

The fragments you get on the route are for White Dwarf, Vesele is given to you at the end and you don't need to collect fragments throughout.

However, in the Divine portals that open on Christmas you DO need to collect all of them, if you miss any you won't have enough to get the Divine (unless you already had some)

The other Hikes will open at Christmas (technically 2 days before). They're Christmas Hikes.

If you don't have frags for any of the "Christmas" hike horses, and need to collect them all. Is it achievable to get Vesele Vanoce and Vannila? Or do you need to start saving tokens and avoid the easier divine?

It's not. It's ONE free Divine with the moves we have. Vanilla cannot be free, you'll have to spend passes anyway for her.

For Vanilla, if you're moderately lucky and you can move an average of 1km per card you'll have to pay 4500p for her. If you're very lucky, half that. If you're unlucky, some more.
This is *with* the Promotional offer.

She's, after all, the most expensive of the lot default smiley :)

Okay Vanilla's price gives me a little more hope, I would have enough for her easily and I'm not trying for her. I already have a bunch of fragments for Hippocampus, too, so I won't need to go to the end of his.

If I miss Miluji by just a thousand passes I'm going to seriously regret getting Porthos at Black Friday, though....

I think I'm just going to go for Vesele Vanoce and then top up the Red Giant. I have about 700 for him (as well as Hippocampus, but as I said a couple pages back he's a little... special) so I think I'll get him for free or at least not too many passes. I'm not bothering to do the math because my course of action won't change regardless, and I hate math.

I'd love Vanilla of course, she's beautiful, but can't afford her so I guess I'll wait till she's in the Ascent. default smiley (8)
