Ho Ho Ho! Put on your best Christmas sweater to keep you warm during the Christmas Hike to the toy factory!



How to play?


Click to display

Spend tokens to activate your cards to move forward across the board. Cross the checkpoints to claim the rewards.

There are 4 different types of cards:

Switch - Change the line.

Move - Move forward by 1, 2, or 3 km.

Counter-obstacle - Find the right card to counter the obstacles you face on the way.

Joker - Counter any obstacle blocking your way.


On your way, you can collect useful items during your hike:

Tokens

Gifts from the game

Gifts to send to a friend

Gifts from a friend

To receive them, you have to pass through the square they are on.

How to get tokens

There are several ways to get tokens:

By connecting every day on the game (with a bonus if you connect 5 days in-a-row);

By completing daily actions in the event;

By finding them on the board;

By buying them with passes (95 passes).


The Divine Hikes

The Divine Hikes will start on December 23rd!

The objective within these hikes is to navigate through their paths, similar to the standard hike.

Find the exit of the hike to receive a significant reward: an increased number of divine fragments for the respective divine horse.

The divine Hikes are now officially OPEN. Embark on 5 different hikes to collect fragments of multiple divines: Vanilla, Hippocampus, Red Giant, Miluji tě and Smoke.

Vesele Vanoce is from the Czech Republic and is part of the Christmas horse's series.



New divine:

White Dwarf
White Dwarf is one of the Stellar horses.
You can get her fragments in the Tyche’s Crown, by playing the Hike event, or by completing your Daily Objectives.

There's a card with a glue bottle on it that will let you get past it. If you don't have that card, you can't go past.

As for what it's supposed to actually be... I have no idea. default smiley xd A headless wooden horse, maybe?

Sadly, if you miss a set of the fragments, you won’t collect enough to receive the divine. And unfortunately, someone else discovered you can’t re enter the hike to collect whatever remaining fragments you need

You should have gotten them, then. default smiley :o You do need to be in the correct lane, but you don't have to actually land on them. If you were in the right lane but just didn't have the right number of paces to land on it directly, it's a glitch.

If you go to the page where it lets you select portals, it should show x/1000 fragments. If it shows 1000/1000, you should get the horse (they pop up in the general breeding farm and there's not always a notification, so you may have to search around. You can try filtering for Divines).

If it doesn't show 1000/1000, you will have missed some and as of yet it's unclear whether they'll allow you to go back in and correct errors, but you would need to send a ticket for a even a chance because the portals do in fact lock when you get to the final checkpoint. default smiley :s

In previous Christmas events, you could go back if you missed fragments. If that isn't the case this time, there should be a way added to get those missing fragments, even if it means paying a certain amount to get them.

It's very harsh, especially with an event like the hike, as there is a chance that you might not even end up in the correct lane to get the fragments. No matter how well you play, the cards and obstacles you get can make you miss out.

Maybe it should be changed to just reaching the checkpoint and then getting them added, instead of having to be on the path, as that way you can't miss it.

I agree. I'm actually a little nervous I'm not going to get Miluji despite spending, since it's possible the boards will randomize not to my benefit and I'll just end up not being able to be on the lane I need to be on. Not sure what I'll do in that case.

Only here to win VV. I missed like 2 days and one task to win tokens one random day. I hope I can reach it anyways default smiley xd

Not gaming as hard as I used to do, but having 3 Christmas divines would make my money problems disappear (at least in Dec default smiley <:o))

Red Giant took me a bit longer than I anticipated, so I don't think I'll get Miluji to like I wanted. It'll be hit or miss by just few km, but maybe— maybe if I make my moves a bit more clever, I might get her on Monday. If not, no stress because I'll have the fragments for her next time she comes arounddefault smiley :d

I am so happy the discount for the change lane is here! When I got Red Giant, I still had 189 tokens left. So, I worked on VV for a while and now I am 338 down the road for him and I have over 550 fragments for Blue Dwarf so far. I also have gotten a bunch of nice prizes and I haven't spent passes yet! I still have 80 tokens left. I am certainly enjoying this event now!

Got the 3 I was hoping for! Could have done better if I had the patience to wait, but I don’t.. now I’m just going to collect some Red Dwarf frags with the extra days of tokens. Average cost of the divines ~948p and I had no feats for any of them to start. Pretty pleased with how that went. Now to start saving passes again.

Nope! I just didn't use tokens at all since the beginning of this event (except those needed to do the daily objectives to get more tokens) and collected 288 of them

Got Vanilla without having the get to the last checkpoint thanks to previous fragments - going to try to also finish out Red Giant and Hippocampus. I was going to try to finish Smoke as well, but I don't really use cloud pieces and I'd need to go farther for that one so think I'll just wait for Ascent.

About how much tokens needed to get Vanila, when I do not have any fragments? default smiley (a) (I went for Czech horses so far, becouse I live there default smiley :d )
