Real mixed feelings. The gifts overall weren't bad. Even the stuff offered by cards, I wish I would have gotten more droppings at the end(3 hungry plants take a lot of droppings).

I will agree with a few other players, you should be able to trade cards. Even with a 2-3 card a day limit and 5000-10000 equus a trade. That would make the event a lot more enjoyable for all involved. The card selection was always super random, I had to wait days before I could get cards needed for certain prizes.

I also think that unused cards should give a small monetary bonus at the end of the event. 200-500e per card. Just something to help soften the blow of not being able to use them all.

I personally didn't mind how laid back it was, made it really easy to get the bonus cards I needed, even on busy days when my husband is home and we are working on projects. As much as the great challenge is nice, that's a lot more of a time commitment on a daily basis. Or the events where you need to check back in every 3-6 hours if you actually want to advance in the event. So, even though it was slow, that was a nice change in my opinion.

Maybe we should have gotten 5 or 6 cards a day from login. Even though it was achievable to get the main prize without passes, collecting all the gifts was pretty far from reach. I missed several in the last two territories and then the first since I decided the bigger prizes held more importance.

Pretty boring. Very slow. Not much different from what anyone else has said. On the new journal item, I’m not a fan of the designs, except for the Mountain one.

But… I appreciate the items. default smiley :) I got a lot of fragments from my prize cards, so hooray for that. I think I missed 2 (?) things I wanted, but I still got a ton of stuff, and I’m satisfied with them!

It was pretty dull and slow, usually was just waiting a few days to rack up cards, clicking to claim a prize, and then waiting more days to rack up cards. However I liked the prizes I got and don't mind a low-intensity event every so often.

I do wish you could complete the boards for free but I think I only missed 3 or 4 items I wasn't super desperate to get, so not a huge loss. 3/5 event overall. default smiley (y)

Just like everyone else has said..... slow. Getting a lot of cards that I did not need but not getting ones that I did need. Not a fan of this one, at all. How many cards a day did we get? Even completing the daily challenges only gave 4 cards. I am sure that I only got 6 cards total a day. And, again, usually ones that I had no need for.

I figured out the okay but on mobile everything is tiny. It would be nice to zoom in or to magnify, hover over something like card numbers needed or the picture of prizes. Automatic trading in cards at end of event for 500 es and a description of the goals that reward with cards. I kept having to look around for that or just play and hope I achieve a goal. Last night I couldn't finish because I was a card or two off from what I wanted. I could have gone for something else with some of my cards and I would have. I thought the game was running until tonight.

-Definitely a slow event, but that can be a welcome thing when it's used after an especially fast event
-prize pool on the maps was decent, and it's always nice to be able to choose which ones we go for
-prize cards were something I could've skipped entirely except for the occasional fragment sets in those
-I agree with the many people saying it'd be nice to trade card types on the last day so we could use the leftovers and reach one last prize
-overall, not my favorite event but still a solid postitive experience

It was incredibly boring and poorly designed with most prizes being meh at best.

This was pretty boring. I mean yes, I was able to complete it since I was lucky, but I just couldn't care for this badly reskined edition of the journals.

Prizes were meh. Some good like the luck items but that's it. I asked this in preprod and I'll ask again: Why were Halloween items in a Winter event? I get there are many more Halloween BMs than "Winter" but still. Halloween has come and gone. I would have avoided them if it hadn't been that the companion was unavoidable and I ended up with cards to spare.

Design, again...meh. I'll again reiterate my point on preprod in that who thinks of a desert when they think of winter? I mean the store was redone for Halloween, why not tweak this version to fit the theme.

All in all, it felt pretty low effort in terms of making it all fit together under the Winter theme. Just slap a few random prizes here, redesign the map horses there and call it good. But maybe I'm just expecting too much from an event meant to hold us over until the big one for the end of the year.

Thank you for your valuable feedback, we appreciate you for taking the time to share this with us and for being an avid player on the game. I know that time can be a constraint and getting as much achieved within as little time as possible is always something to look forward to. I'll be more than happy to share this with the team for their consideration. And in the meantime, keep Howrsing on!!!

Very slow and somewhat boring bc unless you bought more cards you only got a few cards to progress with each day. Prizes were alright but ik I've gotten more prizes with other mini games.

The present cards had terrible prizes! Mashes, droppings and seeds. Not even aging points.. So that could be different next time.

Will play it again in the future, but def not my favorite mini game.

it was a bit slow, but i was happy with the prizes i got. the only thing i would like to see changed is to give us the opportunity to exchange the gift cards with cards used to go through the map. I didn't need any of the gift cards I received, except for the droppings one received at the end. i would rather have had cards for the map so i wouldn't have needed to purchase more cards to get the prize i wanted. Thanks.

This type of contest is one of my least favorite, as I find it frustrating and boring. I am always grateful for prizes no matter what.

I really enjoy being able to have choices about which prizes to reach outside of the main goal for each map.

I did not like that I won so very few of the last set (Mountain) once I gained that level; just barely made it to the end despite earning cards every day.

Overall happy with my prizes and enjoyed the event; I like that there is a nice diversity of types of events as I believe others have mentioned.

Definitely not my favorite. Didn't log on because I didn't see a point. Hard to get cards and the prizes lacked. Not motivated to play this one at all.

Wish they'd have just forgone the "prize" cards. I don't think I got anything other than mash and they just got in the way of completing the event.

Exactly my thoughts. The "prize" cards weren't helpful or good prizes.

Not a great event. If it had ran for 2 more days more players could have completed it.

I wasn't able to complete as I didn't pay to play.

I think that this is one of the worst events Howrse has ran in a while. While I understand why events are slow sometimes, this one just gave me no incentive to play and many days I'd be on Howrse doing my normal day to day things and just forget it was happening entirely. I have hopes for the next one as the Christmas event is usually pretty amazing, but this event was slow, the prizes were meh, and all around I feel like we could have seen a better design for this game.

I'm not as fond of this event, like most of the other players. But I did get the items I wanted out of it, so that worked out for me.

Now, as I say all the time, Pleas wait for a few weeks before having another event. I need to store up passes as I had to extend my employees contracts so that took some I had saved yp.

Oh, don't worry, they have only 100 days of seniority. When they reach 3000, they will no longer be avid players and will no longer loose time to give you valuable feedback that you don't care about anyway. Meanwhile, you will have 3000 days of seniority as well, so you will no longer waste your time posting here meaningless gibber-gabber that we all know to be only words... Nothing personal. It's just the way things are and will be in 3000 more days, if this game is still here at that time... Cheers!

I am expecting forum ban for at least a month and karma decrease now, but had to say that anyway, sorry...
