one move and the rest gift cards... might want to re-think this event for the next go round

same I've been stuck for three days now because all I'm getting is gift cards with bad gifts

Noth Winter and Flash Sales/auction are NOT functioning.
Ive entered comps No cards, Tutorial completly unavailable.

I got desert horse today before doing comps and rides. I have 12 plains cards, 2 forest, and 1 desert. I suppose one move a day is all I expect at this point. I guess that is not so bad because it doesn't take much time each day. I imagine it will pick up a bit after all the horses are unlocked.

Is anyone else disappointed by the designs for the Winter Hiking Journal coats? They look much more cartoony than the other three journals, which I don't care for, but my biggest complaint is that only the Mountain and kind of the Desert horse fit the winter theme. Looking at the other three journals, they were completely on theme. But for this event the Plain horse is going fishing and the Forest horse is going camping. That doesn't make any sense for a winter theme.

I'm also a little bothered by how similar the horse bases are. The Plain/Desert horses and the Forest/Mountain horses use the exact same base, respectively. None of the other journals do. The Haunting Hiking Journal does share similar leg placement between the Plain/Forest designs, but the body type and head placement are different and appropriate for the different breeds. This Winter Journal feels lazy, which is really disappointing because I usually love the Journal designs.

Just got to the second board because all I am getting is prize cards. While I love the free droppings because I have an army of very hangry carns that need feedin', the saddles and other random horrid prizes are a letdown.

Don't think I'll get far in this one. At least the cards are easy to obtain from working horses, but eh. Not much hope. I did like how the first board unlocked the new breed though and I didn't have to wait or spend passes, so thank you!

All I want from the event are the cutie companions to be honest

I got a reply from Support about not being able to move at all and not getting cards from actions.

As soon as you get the horse you can move back and forth between maps/levels.

My winter trip is also frozen on the start of the event and is not functioning for me I really want to get the Cinderella fragments so i am not happy. Hope Howrse can fix the event for those it's not working for and some how let us be able to finish the event with out having to spend passes (like we will have to if the issue continues to delay us)

Still cannot play and still no response from Support. So yeah, fun so far.

Is anyone else confused about the pink paths? How do I cross those? They have no number of cards or corresponding colored cards required to pass whatsoever. Perhaps I overlooked something in the rules?

You have to reach the mountain horse on the Desert map to unlock the mountain map and those corresponding cards. Once a horse is unlocked you can complete the paths associated with it

Glad to have a slower paced event that only takes a quick glace each day complete after the past few. Can focus on my game a bit better. Prizes seem fair! Glad to have an easuly obtain foundation for a new breed. Helps drastically with obtaining a decent sized NIB herd for those interested in a NIB project with them!

Love this game! I got pass seeds. And I also got Etrian.

I like the event. Doesn't cost much time, and prices are nice as well.

I could do with fewer "prize" cards, since they've been garbage. I'd like to progress in the event please.

I don't remember this event being so... slow. I mean, I am not exaggerating, I get to make ONE move a day. Gift cards are not as good as moves. So, I probably won't be using any passes on this on. Whatever you all did last year, do that next year

Yeahhh it’s super slow, but honestly after how crazy “Crazy Friday” was, I’m finding it relaxing to have such a laid-back Event right now

Geez, what a slow promo. The number of blue cards I get compared to the others I need to actually advance in the event. Maybe in 4 days I'll open my last territory

I need 5 yellow cards, I've been getting 1 maybe 2 of them a day. But! on the plus side I have 11 blue cards.

The gifts if I can get to them are decent though, at least that is nice

I wish that when you bought cards you were garuanteed to not get any prize cards because I bought some and 2/4 of them on average were prize cards. What a waste

However, the fact that there are somewhat easily attainable prizes for poor players like me is amazing!

But seriously get rid of the prize cards/make them better.
