I one of mine I got a HOP in which I got a HOP, then I got the 5th element and medusas blood together!default smiley :-))

After spending copious passes, I got

and.... a Horn of Plenty! Yee Haw!

On a side note, I've got 3 fifth elements in my inventory as a result of the Horn of Plenty Objective

for the thing saying '5th element in Horns" it actually says '5ht element'
