Opened 21 HOPs (11 from inventory) and no tack pieces so as much as I'd like another Amira, I'll be stopping there...

just opened a golden fleece and got 1 star (went for achilles heel), 5000e and 1 star tack, disappointed but I guess it is all just luck.

I just spent 25 hops to get 2 Amira pieces... and the 2nd one I didn't get until my 20th try. Seeing all the comments, I'm afraid of Buce's rate

yesterday i opened a hop from inventory and got a nyx.. today i opened a tc from inventory and got aphrodite's tears privilege

I've now opened a few more HOPs (I lost track of the total amount between the two days) but I've still not gotten a single piece of Amira tack!!! Booooooo!!!
I'd rather have the chance to just buy it all at once in a pack or something else other than the "luck items"

I've opened 12 HOPs and not found any tack for Amira and I only need two pieces to get her. The other three pieces are on a horse already.
It would be nice if players were given the option to purchase the remaining pieces we need or to purchase a tack pack for her.

I'm convinced the support group not only doesn't speak English but isn't even HUMAN anymore due to the way they respond to emails. I wont mention what "admin" it was but you cant convince me these Ow spinoffs are real humans and not just AI anymore. It's a shame because howrse used to have such a personal touch with its clients

This reminds me of that time a while ago when I contacted them about trouble I was having with submitting a Black Pearl file... Click to display I described every listed requirement and explained how my file met those, and then told them I had also tried asking in gameplay with no luck. Their response? "Here are the requirements, try asking in gameplay!" It was only when I contacted them again (with I admit a touch of acerbity) pointing out how useless and frustrating that response was given that it provided nothing and ignored most of what I had said in the ticket ("did a real human even read this?") that someone responded with "I looked at it, here's the problem." On the one hand I understand that many of the tickets may be from newer players or someone who missed a key part of the instructions or whatever so an automated, canned reply may be helpful for many people so they don't have to wait for someone to get around to it (goodness knows I've asked for help with things like a daily objective only to get a response a week later of "looks like you have since collected your daily objective") but on the other hand a quick glance would have shown that I needed further help - maybe having someone to sort tickets would increase the effectiveness of ticket responses. But I don't really know the system they have in place, so... Do we know if the drop rates for the legendary tack has been similar across horses or are some more stubborn than others?

I opened 8 tcs. I didn't get past level 4. None of the prizes were good. I miss the Poseidon packs we would usually get as a consolation prize. Instead my prizes were a few parchments, an arrow, and a heel. TCs are now my least favorite luck item. You don't get jack unless you get to higher levels. Golden fleeces are the best now I think.

Also 71 Titan’s Challenges equals to 994 fragments of Balios so you need only 6 more frags to get him. I just don’t get your message tbh. Ah you’ve won him already so…

I think the whole point of Balios and valuable divines is for them to be hard to get which equals the low amount of fragments you can acquire. That concludes creators of the game to set up the amount of passes for someone who won't luck out the divine on a set level. Me and some older players remember when divine horses didn't have fragments at all so you had to open the luck item until you lucked out. On another page what would be the point of winning multiple divine horses that gives you a Nyx Pack (one of the most expensive items available within the game) for that pass amount? It would ruin the whole fun, competitive playing and everyone would've gotten plenty of different divines. In old times that was nearly impossible to be done. The game wouldn't make sense. After the change of fragment rates (ranging from the low to the high end) to set amount, everyone should now be aware of how much the divine could cost. We should be happy if we'd lucked out the divine before that. Just like me for instance in my 5th try.

Well, some people don't play that way. There are a lot of competitive prix players who save up and splurge on perks, items, privs, divines, etc. for bluping. Nyx being one of them. Divines aren't special to everyone. For some people, some or all divines are a means to an end. Balios isn't special because it's a divine, it's special because it's a divine that gives a Nyx every month (if you bred it). So, ideally, if you're one of those people, even though you know you might have to fill the whole meter for one Balios, you're hoping to luck out. I know it probably sounds ungrateful to be unhappy with one Balios, but that's the perspective some people are coming from. It's nice to have one, but if you've saved up a bunch of passes, then it would be nice to get multiple. It also doesn't help that Howrse has made divines far more saturated than they once were.
I don't know how lucky people have gotten though lol. Like, if anyone's gotten more than two in 14kp. Seems like a bunch of people are getting lucky by only needing to open a few TCs for their one! Not me, however.
