Did you check your reserve? Maybe it took a while to get sent, but I've personally never had any problems with the Item Exchange. Go to your History of Items as well to see if it says the HOP was taken from your account as a result of an exchange.

I got a p.stone in one, a.tears in the other and carrots in the last. Probably going to try some more later though...

Wow I clicked by accident on buying a hop, I just wanted to check on Cascade.
And cascade was in it ahahaha :-) Thats what I call luck. Previous 5 HOPs gave me 3 divines. Im happy.

The bad HOP luck strikes yet again. 18 passes in total to get one... Ouch.
Still not certain why I never learn.

So I tried two more, more carrots in the first and and a fertility wand in the second.

For me even more worse - 32 passes and 7HOPs from inventary to get 1 Cascade..wanted her with today birthday! ..Really expensive it gets out for me

Whoop 2 passes and one HoP later ! The was the cheapest and quickest divine I've ever gotten from a promo. Lol

woo hoo! Got a Cascade! That makes up (sort of) for getting skunked in the Lottery. Getting lots of tickets, getting nothing back I want or need. I have enough carrots, thanks!

I got Cascade from 7th HOP, I'm so happy that I didn't have to use all the passes I got from my creation

Wish Howrse realized how ridiculous some people have it. I've spent 30+ or so passes on golden fleeces and hops, and got nothing. Like really? I want a refund. Don't give me carrots and apollos lyres when I put my passes into your promos. -.- done trying for Cascade

I used mt 5 Hops i had and the best thing i got was a A Lyre i never have luck with the luck items

I won a 90 day limited HOP in the lottery, thought what the heck, let's try it and not only got Cascade first time, but also a replacement HOP that doesn't have an annoying time limit on it! My Snowflake is happy, he has a new mate, and my Geyser is soon to have a new baby brother. :3

Same! I used my HOP from the Lottery with the 90 day limit and thought, heck, why not? Maybe I'll get lucky. And I did! I have welcomed Cascade to my Divines |
