Honestly who cares what you get from the treasure chest? You open it because of the wilds because you decided that 10 passes is a good price for those two. Anything else you get is extra. Also, everyone knows that HOPs and TCs are not likely to contain anything special, so it's never wise to open one if it's not for a promo.

It is for a promo though... I opened mine for the combination of BMI and the two Wilds, so yes, I do care what I get in my TC. TC are indeed very likely to contain special things, like Wilds for instance, or 3 BMI.
