Has anyone that's sent a ticket about that confusion been replied to? |
Everyone who spent passes and diamonds in hopes of getting the divine yesterday are being refunded with HoPs. For example, I spent 16 passes and 10 diamonds and got a compensation of 17 HoPs. I sent in a ticket last night (19 or so hours ago) and got the refund after 18 hours.
There are many players with the same problem which is why it's taking a long time.

Congrats. I got mine in the 15th or something HoP. But she was worth it. I mean I didn't spend real money when they made the packs, and paying 65 passes for one in the sales wasn't worth it either.

People opened HoP's yesterday, as on the news page it said that the Water Divines were available in HoP's, but that was a glitch. So Howrse gave us a refund for the passes, Diamonds and HoP's that we used.

It isn't Howrse's fault your luck was less than ideal. What you get is random, it always has been with HoPs.

Mine were refunded a couple of hours ago; so about eighteen hours after I sent my ticket in.

I sent the message to contact us 16-17 hours ago, and I got a reply a few hours ago and HoP's as a refund.
