I'm looking for a particular coat that has a horse wearing cloth, it looks masquerade-esque, and it has on a bird skull mask. I believe it is retired. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Someone sent me here from the Gameplay forum. I seem to have an untraceable Helios Ray that nobody can seem to find or pull up. Not even the notification that the Helios is no longer available... I can link the horse its on below. I've gone through all the Helios Rays I have on horses in the Creation Space and it's not their either.
