Yeah I dont get why they're changing the colours... Unless this helps colourblind people in some way, but honestly I doubt it

They were also able to hop to it and fix every conceivable problem with the Starry Aura in, what, two months since its release? But the new trophy page is I think going on 7 or 8 now and not a peep.

I haven't even really noticed any changes in color anywhere? I also don't really understand the verbiage in the change log about it. What changed/where exactly?

It's the mobile app again. They've been really invested in that lately, focusing on improving and sprucing up the app instead of fixing the problems in the "classic" version.

But to be honest mobile app is full of problems as it is, as I am using it mainly I am glad they are fixing it up, although it still is miles away from being a decent app

The pop-ups triggered by the UFOs on the mobile version have been redesigned. - Don't care

The color of the radio buttons on the mobile version have gone from green to blue. - Don't care

We've changed the design layout of ribbons and labels: blue is now the main color and terracotta is the secondary color. - Don't care

The text in the pop-up that appears when you win a new divine horse will now be specific to that event. - Don't care

The color sorting filter for Ow's Helios Ray creations will now take into account all the colors associated with each creation. - Don't care

Added a warning message when replacing a Starry Aura with another one. - Don't care

Fixed a bug that removed the bonus from a Golden Apple special coat when adding a Starry Aura to the same horse. - Don't care

Fixed a bug that made a ride appear that consumed 100% of a Solar System horse's energy. - Don't care

To avoid any ambiguity, the sentence on a special horse's description page indicating that it cannot be sold will now show its name instead of its type. - Huh?

PLEASE fix something worthwhile....Like for instance the Promotional Videos and maybe, just maybe, do something to improve the horrible Trophies!

I don't even know what a "radio button" is. Do we have those on desktop or is it mobile-only feature.

I also don't understand the "EVERY color associated with the Ray" thing. Does that mean every color that appears on the background is now going to pop up in the search filter? If so, that's obnoxious, because they set up the new collections by DOMINANT color. So now if you search up green and get a background that's labelled blue for the collections and has green on it, you'll get that, put it on thinking it's a "green" one since that's what you searched, and won't be able to work towards your collection. :/

Not to mention that most of them have EVERY color on there somewhere, so it's going to be cluttered to death now.

I really wish the game would quit messing around with all these piddling things on Mobile and address 1 or 2 of the larger issues that have been going on, for months, on the PC version.

Since the recent update, there is now a problem with the mobile app because graphics aren't working. There are just image icons with the blue wording pass and equus. Most of the graphics for the horses aren't showing up either. Please can this be fixed as soon as possible.

This is often a sign of old information stored and messing with the display. It often happens if changes have been made. Clear your app cache then try again. If that doesn't work re-install the app. If that doesn't work use the Contact Us link on your profile page to report the problem

Wow! This a first, Classic version is not working for me at all. I'm having the same issue as everyone else, images won't work and pages won't load. Only mobile is letting me past the very first page. I've cleared cache and cookies (three times) and still nothing. I sent a ticket in but this REALLY needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY.
For the first time I'm actually happy about all the mobile updates.

I do not get on mobile app, but since this last update I cannot see the horses, it doesn't show the boxes name like food, groom, water mash, none of them. The horses are not coming up on the page and the font is smaller. It was good at one time, now it is just difficult to do most everything. Do not like the new trophies page, it is not as convenient as before. Quit messing with things. .
And the new weird horse designs??? How can horses run with fish fins.?? Get real!!

After spending three days fighting lag and being unable to modify my EC's XC and SJ comps, because when I click on the "manage" button it gives me nothing but a blank grid, I've come to the conclusion that (once again) the game has managed to do serious damage to regular game play when "fixing" small issues.

This isn't the first time that the "updates" have given me grief....
I remember once that no one could cover their own unicorn.... for hours.
I remember when no one could modify sales searches....for hours

I don't want to hear any more about color changes to buttons on the app version or filtering colors with Ow's HR.
As there are only 18 pages of Ow's HR's anyway (as opposed to HUNDREDS for other HR's), I'm pretty sure that we can find the Ow's HR we want without the game making it "easier" for us.

Classic version on mobile devices hasn't been functioning and I can't navigate mobile to save my life, so it looks like my time on Howrse is restricted to when I can access a laptop... disappointing

The PC version of the game has been insanely laggy today.. I usually don't post on public forums, but this has been insufferable.

Before anyone tells me it's because of my internet or PC, it's not, trust me. If I can run new games on high graphics this browser game should not be creating issues for my PC.

It's not you, there was a recent update that's caused major lag problems for everyone. They're aware of the issue, but it seems to still be ongoing.

casual observations from someone who's been playing on and off since about 2013

- the site is a lot quieter now than I ever remember it being, and even the pace of the top GP/skills race has slowed down significantly.
- I haven't had any problems with the trophies, but being forced to own a tarpan divine (ie. a useless and actually unhelpful divine, since it has next to no skills and realistically reduces your already slim chances of breeding horses with rare coats) is a bit of a slap in the face.
- it's clear this trophy system isn't going to change back to the original so I think we should try and work with it. rewards for filling the gauge on the trophy should actually be visible to act as an incentive, and there should be more trophies relating to daily activities on the game and collections rather than divines or promotions.
- howrse will never work as a mobile game, there's way too much information on pages to cram onto a mobile user interface. forums in general aren't mobile-friendly. if I want to check the game while I'm out, I just use browser + classic mode rather than downloading an app.
- the lag is ungodly. it's so bad. it only relates to howrse, everything else requiring me to use the internet is functioning just fine.

ALL the trophy Divines are like this; they intentionally picked ones which have no value or purpose on the game or are active hindrances to the players. The sheer amount of effort it takes to get them is not worth the value of the Divines themselves, and as such the entire overhaul with only these low-end Divines as essentially a bribe really does feel like a slap in the face. I and many others lost thousands of passes worth of progress in the overhaul, and to be rewarded for that with a Tianma or an Etrian is nothing sort of infuriating. I'm still very unhappy over it, and I haven't bothered to do anything much with the trophies. I have no interest in anything they can give me.

We need a confirmation button for friend requests on mobile… Its faster to congratulate on here so I’m using it, but sometimes when going to people’s pages it glitches to the bottom of the page and I click add friend instead of congratulate. Since I cant see presentations who knows how many people hate me for sending them friend requests when they state they dont want or accept them

We really want our Trophy page back ! Loved looking at them. It show's your accomplishments ! Why in the world was it changed ! Please bring them back.

Good development + good coding can make Howrse good app game. I prefer mobile version 100% more than classic.
Even with ungodly glitches and reduced functionality it is still much more comfortable for me.

It does come to personal preferences and habbits (I rejoined recently, thus prefer app. Most of rejoined folk uses app.)
