I heard a while back that we may be getting another chance at the tack for the Legendary horses, and was wondering if anyone knows if this is true and when it might be happening. I also heard mention of trading tack and was wondering if this is true or just a rumour?

There hasn't been anounced anything about thid just people want a second chance cause they still have some tack left

Nope. Probably won't be for a while.

I just want to put my opinion on the new pass system. I think it is a good idea. People just open your minds to change and think about this. Some people actually care about the horses on this game and don't just stock up on them to kill them amd get passes. Some people don't have enough horses to kill 10 a month. So this new pass system is a good thing if you stop being scared of change. It will help players with less horses so they can get more passes. I get around 1 pass a month from the loyalty pass thing. So this change has its benefits, stop clogging your mind with the bad and open up to changes. Life always changes and so will howrse, so get over it.

I do not mean to sound rude or harsh, I just want my opinion heard.

I agree -- folks what have we said over and over again?
The passes are what make the game money, so it can stay FREE for all of us --this is a business, it needs to make money to keep going ... or we have do the subscription model and pay a fee every month to have the "privilege" to play -- a lot of games do this very thing.
I crunched some numbers in my head, and discovered that free passes were really losing the game a lot of money, think about it, 10-30 passes a month multiplied by thousands --- that is a bunch of money they are losing -- and they still have to pay their employees. Change is good, we all need to learn new ways to play (even me) , --- take the challenge and stretch yourselves, you might find it even MORE fun -- have an open mind and give it a try

And be glad you can even talk about this subject, on another server (will not mention which one) we can't mention this "rumor" -- all posts about it get censored, so count your blessings

We shouldn't have to "count our blessings" considering that is the whole purpose of the topic, to discuss upcoming feature. It also isn't a rumor as it is confirmed that it is coming to this server.

I don't think you understand... there will be rankings for how many horses you kill....

Change is only good if *the* change is good.
Sure, I can see how some players will "like" this new change, but I've known about this for a few months and had time to think of lots of pros and lots of cons,and still believe it's not a "benefit."

For me, it's not about "having an open mind" or not. I'm playing firsthand on the other server, and seeing how this will in fact negatively impact my game and others'. I started with a clear head on that other, server hoping I was wrong and I would like it, but when I saw how much of a pain it was and still is to get points, I lost that hope fairly quickly.
We can slap whatever anti multi-accounting, money making sticker-because-they're-losing-money on-it we'd like but it's just a major loss for lots of players.

If they come up with a different change then I'll reanalyze the pros and cons and see if that change is good or not.

I don't think you get it... there is a new divine coming out that helps with rankings. People will still be killing off horses no matter what. And by the way, they're PIXELS. If they were real horses, no way people would kill them for something good. But dude, they're *pixels*. Not flesh and blood.

On this particular sever I am speaking of, no -- it is still considered a rumor and we are not allowed to even bring it up, INT is a tad bit different from the smaller servers, so again, be glad you play here ( I love the other one, but some of the things that go on there are a bit "stifling")

By the way, some of us aren't into the trophies, I have already sold all the old crummy horses to Safe Haven, so I will not even go for the trophies -- everyone plays differently and that is the way it should be

First rankings mean nothing and I agree with the opinion f many that it is ugly. I don't want it on my account.

Oh, I don't think any of us have any doubts that we will get over it. And no doubt we will also get over Howrse. But will Howrse get over it as well?

I play on UK server, which is pretty small though,, And noone have any problem about that... Together with that I'm active on SK version (also small), and no problem here either,,

Smells to me like something really stupid, to censor features that are not just rumors, but are actually testing and will appear once,,

An example of a change I didn't like -- they halved the amount you won in tne Grand Prix -- OK, I hated it -- really ticked me off, I comp!aimed --was basically told that I needed a new way to make money more efficiently, --

Guess what? I am still here playing, and enjoying it even more-- I got used to it, I adjusted to the change--it is not hard to adjust folks, it just takes a little thinking and planning (and maybe saving more passes instead of spending them -- I save most of mine till I find something I absolutely have to get)
And I remember what everyone told us when we complained," the game runs on passes, if it doesn't get passes to run the game, the game won't be free anymore "
Getting passes from free pass horses does hurt the game -- we just. need to calm down (another thing they always told me) and don't judge anything till it goes live and we give it a chance

I have an account here and on the Czech one because I had to know more about this to be ready when it hits my small server, thank goodness for you guys ! That is why I keep accounts there

Well, that was rude. You can state your opinion without belittling players.

We are going to have to be more fugal and pick and chose what we spend them on. I learned this a long time ago and many promos i go for BM items only and save my passes. I always take advantage of all "specials" ( like the Black Friday VIP offer etc.)

This to me is clearly the way to weather changes.

Most of us do just that. Enjoying it more, that maybe not so true at least for me.



I would prefer this be a pay-to-play game. It would be cheaper in the long run.
