Well I have to wonder if it will even raise the use count. If it does then yes I know there is definitely a difference between something like 99,100, and 101. But I think it would be okay if the use amount didn't go up and you simply had the coat with no ability to sell it.

Click to display I agree with most that this whole RC thing is a terrible idea that will considerably impact the economy and at least to me appears to be a breach of trust between Owlient and its players. People spent tons of time, real life money, and work in game to earn money to find and collect RCs, and this will wash it all down the drain! That being said, are we sure this is being implemented? Could it be possible there is a bit of a mixup with a translation error? I really have no idea but as it hasn't been implemented into the game yet we cannot be sure. As for the magic ride, personally I am not looking forward to it... I find it rather boring and relies too much on luck and requires too many passes. That combined with all the pass packs at christmas time requiring tons of real life money kinda turn me off to the idea of buying passes

that is the worst part.. Howrse makes the coats rare.. people get up early sit and wait, spend hours combing the sales for them, then they make VIP's able to get half the coats early.. making them harder to find and harder to get.. now they give people a free pass to avoid all the hard work/ money spent time wasted trying to find some of these coats.. it took me forever to be in the top 100 Rankings.. lots of money/ time and effort.. and to think people can just squeeze in with a BMI makes me want to puke, because they are trying to make a profit twice on the same rare coat

True. Also, someone posted awhile back that they thought it might be to replace the copies on 'dead' horses or SHed horses... (If I read it correctly). If so, the coats' amount that were supposed to be reached for it to retire would simply go back to what it should be. Maybe...
 I'm confusing myself now!

If you prefer to call it spamming the forum, I can see where you're going .We're not spamming, only discussing an upcoming change and changes that should be made. That's the usual thing that happens when a new spoiler is released. |

Also Howrse just took away a potential customer from the players who use 'spare' RCs to help fund their collecting...(I rarely sell anything but this would affect others greatly) |

This is going to be interesting watching the thread of conversations. Personally- I am really really not liking these new changes. But I haven't invested much in this game, and there are still some wonderful friends I've met and some wonderful things about it. I will stay on here mainly for friends, blupping horses, and breeding uni's. Isn't breeding horses what this game was originally supposed to be about...not all this complicated updates that are pushing more and more people off this game...  I just hope it all works out. About the safe haven- I think the safe haven is a fine place.  It shows a picture of a lovely green meadow with blue sky and horses- what could be better? Personally, I couldn't imagine a better place and it is really surprising that some people think of it as a slaughter house. I'm glad we can't adopt horses form there, though, I mean- that would be such an easy way to get good horses, and it would be too easy. About the new divines: Whatever. I'm not participating in the promo. I don't have to. I will, however, send a letter to contact us with my opinions to *Try* to change thier minds about all this. And the Great Challenge? If there's a divine I like I'll try for it, but I'm only really half-heartedly doing it- it's dull, repetiitive. Howrse, can't you see that you're making things worse, and that you're making more people quit every day? You are not going to get more money from this- you're going to lose some. |
