Next to the light grey unicorn there is a small signature.

I do not know what that is, but I have never seen such a thing on any of the images of new coats that have come from an actual, credible source.

It's a French player ! It take the pictures of all coat and he creat this pictures with all coat default smiley ;)

"cumulez un maximum de points pour les echanger contre le cheval divin"

translated to

earn maximum points and share them against the divine horse

It's the horse parade promotion. The last one was in August, you are given horses that you don't look after but instead collect tack by logging in, etc. You place your best tack on each horse and are awarded points by a jury that judges. With your points, you can buy BM items and stuff. If you collect all 7 of the golden tack items, you place them on the divine and then win the divine.

Me too! I was just explaining it to them though, I don't know for sure that it's the next promo. Based on the pictures above though, that's what I'm assuming.

I won my first Divine, Amber, from the Parade, and it wasn't terribly expensive that I remember. That would be a promo I wouldn't mind seeing come back.

Well they're putting all the Wild Horses from the past in the sales. There are a total of 26 Wilds, and I believe there have been 9 released so far.
Given that there are still two Wilds that are yet to be released (and unsure if they will be put in the sales at the end), plus the two from the Treasure Chests (again, unknown if they are going to be in the sales), that leaves 13 (or 17 if the last four are included) left.

This makes it so the promo will most likely end between the 18th and the 22nd of March.

They're still working on making the changes. If you look, they actually have examples of what the new horses will look like and everything.
