Brumby coats are better then the old ones in my opinion. default smiley (y)
When are they going to change the imaging on the foals? I've got several breeds where the adult artwork has changed but the foals still look the same as before. I don't mind it cuz I like the way they look either way but it's just a tad annoying to see the new adult artwork and then go to a foal and be like "huh...that doesn't look right".
And I'm just wondering when all of the artwork is going to be shifted over to the new version? I'm going on other player's pages and seeing more of the artwork has changed for them but most of the artwork on my horses has stayed the same.
if you can't already tell I'm having a lil bit of a difficult time adjusting to the change...hehe

Have they changed the new artwork for the Mustang, Gypsy Vanner, and/or Friesian in the past two days? I know they didn't change the look on the game, but the rough-drafts of the new art was pretty bad for those breeds last time i checked...
For those who are interested, the next breeds to change may be...

The Camargue has just changed at Equideow. We don't have that breed on the International server, but the graphic corresponds with the Brumby and Icelandic Horse here. So I think it is reasonable to expect the Brumby and Icelandic Horse to change during the next update to this server.

Remember, it could be different here. I could be wrong.

They are changing just one image per day to give us time to adjust. It sounds like they haven't changed any of the breeds you have in adult form yet, but they'll get around to it eventually. default smiley :)

We have no way of knowing exactly when the foals will change, but I have a feeling it won't happen until they're done with all of the adults.

Those poor, poor Mustangs.... I feel like the lack of mane makes them look even more awkward.

Someone said the new tack changes are affecting the mane in the new coats...but that doesn't explain there being mane on some horses and not others.

I wish they did the foals along with the adults, it's getting confusing. I keep expecting the foals to be different, and they're not...

Some NEED the mane. Gypsy Vanners are known for their long flowing mane, as are Friesians. They gave really short manes to most of the others that don't need a long mane, even thought they'd look better with one. And i guess they thought they could get away with a maneless Mustang... I hope they change it, it's kind of awful
Also...seeing the other Chinco Pony colors makes me feel better about them. The roan isn't very flattering.

What breed is changing tomorrow? Anyone know?

The Akhal-Teke has not changed yet.

So far, every image that has changed at Equideow (French Howrse) has changed here, too, exactly four hours afterward. So, we will only know what's next for us four hours in advance, at best, if the pattern holds.

The Akhal Teke has not changed at Equideow yet, either.

We have no way of knowing when it will change before it happens at Equideow. Only the admins know and they're not telling. default smiley :-x

Personally, I like that they are keeping the schedule a secret. It makes it more exciting. default smiley :p

mustang girl - I think they would all look better with manes. I was just echoing what I had heard people say about some of the horses not having mane.....that it was due to the future tack changes.

I don't see how that would account for some having mane and some not.

Same here. My very first horse is an Arabian. Yes, I still have him! It was my main breed for years. I was indifferent toward V1 and V2, but V3 was love at first sight. I didn't want them to change, but now that they have, I'm growing to love them just as much. They remind me of Crabbet Arabians in particular.

(For those who don't know, Crabbet Arabians are not a separate breed, but they were a unique bloodline developed during the Victorian Age by Lady Anne Blunt at her estate in England, Crabbet Park. She traveled to the Middle East to select the finest mares and stallions she could acquire, and brought them to England. Then she bred them selectively to create what she believed to be the ideal horse. Her Arabians were world famous for a long time. Crabbet Arabians have since been blended into many other bloodlines. default smiley :) )

I don't like what they have done to dun horses. It is now too light in my opinion.

I like the new brumbies, I don't know so much compared with the old ones because the old ones were nice but it's one of the better looking new coats. They have manes!

Has anyone else noticed the ear bonnet sits on the top of the bridle and not underneath default smiley (8)
