Yes, there's a certain number needed for every tree. But for the Divine ones, you need 26 hanging ornaments. On normal trees, only about 10 of those are the super rare ones. However, on the Balios tree, all 26 you need are super rare.

Yes, on this Sunday and all the other Sundays in December, as well as the 24th, you have a very slim chance of winning a Divine horse.

And before anyone asks (again), speculation is that it's the new red Falabella Liten, but we're not sure.

Tinsel = Super incredibly common *to add, since color doesn't matter - as long as you have enough pieces, you can decorate a tree*

Baubles = Incredibly common - common *again, color does not matter BUT the pattern on the bauble does (In order of pattern rarity based on my observations: Plain, Striped, Spiral, Tree)

Though not posted here - on Preprod it was stated that the Advent Calendar would run for 10 days before the Tree Decorating started.

December 10th is a Thursday - and is 10 days after the start (Thursdays are the usual start date of a promotion)

Because of that - the most likely start date has been pinned down to being December 10th.

As for an end date - assuming Tree Decorating runs for the standard 19 day time period - the end date of this promo has been speculated to be December 29th (a Monday - the usual end date of promotions now).

HorseWhisperer581, shoesmith was talking about the World Championship promo, not the next one. The WC was an exceptionally easy and "pass light" promo but even so, it was mathematically impossible to complete without purchasing additional tickets. Some people consider using diamonds as "no passes" but I don't. I consider diamonds as "pass equivalents."
