I know there was talk about making the workshops make lots of money. Tested this, but ended up losing 2k. I'm guessing I'm doing it wrong. Can we remember th r page number the info was on? Or could one of you that use the workshop this way tell me your method?
Thanks!
I tend to keep at least two alternating meadows of cows to produce leather, which I then use to produce equipment in the workshops (I use medium workshops) I sell these on for a pretty nice profit at the end. May be slow to start out with as you must wait 30 days for the leather at first but keeping at least 2 meadows on the go I find helps
Others may have easier ways of making profit but I find this works for me

It should depend on how many workshops you have active+How big they are, and really, where your EC is located. I make lots of money off workshops: A) I have 2 large workshops and 2 medium. 2) I have 4 active, I can make lots of items. I make 3*** saddles, My EC is in the mountains, so i have tons of iron on hand. I have 3 large meadows with feed troughs used to raise cows. I get about 35 000 leather each time I harvest. If I make 3*** saddles in all my workshops, the 2 large and 2 medium, I'll be making a total of 100 all together, and 100 now sells for about 150 000eqqus. If you're just starting to use workshops, It'll take some time, I admit, buying those workshops took a LOT of money, Sometimes I even regret it , but for long-term, It's been extremely useful and I've already made back all the money I spent on buying the workshops

Look back on pages 1484/1485. There was a lot of posts there including mine. It is what you craft and how you have your pastures working.

I have six large meadows with the highest cows on them each month, and then I have four large workshops making 2* Saddles each day. Normally nets me around 50k each day, just have to remember to set them up each day. 2* makes more than 3*.
I also now have a lot of leather sitting in my inventory. 389,330 to be precise, all which I've farmed myself.

Probably not, since it was abused a lot if memory serves me correctly, but you never know.

Make sure that what you are crafting will sell for more than it costs for you to craft.
For example - let's use a small workshop and build a 1* box
It's going to cost 250e to get enough Wood - and 250e to get enough sand for a total of 500e production cost.
Once complete - that box will sell back to the store for 665e > a profit of 165e
However - you won't always profit depending on what you are making. Let's use the small workshop again and this time make some 1* Classical Bridles (A small workshop makes 10 of these)
So to make these - we need:
Iron - 10 units = 100e
Leather - 90 units = 900e
Total cost: 1,000e
We'll get 10 units of Bridle to sell back - right now, you get 66e for selling one back to the store.
10 units x 66e = 660e made
1,000e production cost - 660e profit = 340e loss.
Basically, it all comes down to comparing the numbers.

Anyhow - getting this topic back on track spoiler wise;
Click to display
For those who don't want to waste time bringing back other trees/decorating other trees...It's true that you do not need to bring back any (or only bring back a couple) to get the Divine Forest to open.
So if you don't want to bring back any trees until the 25th - it is a perfectly valid strategy (just make sure you get your decorations every day to build up your reserves.

That's the strategy I may use unless there's a BMI I want, but unlikely.

Yes, the tree decorating promo is the next promo. It will start after the WC ends, with the Advent Calendar part starting on the 1st of December and the tree decorating part about a week to 10 days after that.
Though all of this is like within the last two pages-

There's a list - but...
Click to display
It seems what prizes one gets are semi-random, and *with the exception of the 24th* - there is no guarantee on what you will get each day. So this list - while it does list some prizes one CAN get from the Advent Calendar - I have not put specific dates because you might not get the same thing as me on a particular date *the exception being the 24th when the gift is the same for all*
10x Aging Points
1x Medusa's Blood
1x Apollo's Lyre
1,000 equus
500x Oats
1x Shower
10% Energy Boost for all horses on your account
1x Vintage Apple (Given on the 24th - so this might be true of live)
Various decorations given in quantities of 3 including:
Tinsel (different colors)
Baubles (different patterns/colors)
Trees*
Candy Cane*
Heart*
Present*
Star*
Pine Cone*
*Denotes Hanging Ornament

No, it's only the door for the dates that fall on a Sunday, so December 5th, 12th, and 19th. And if you do miss a door, you have to pay 10,000e to open it.
