I have used 3 different browsers, cache has been cleared twice...and still cannot get the candle to show up for Clue #5. Is there a limit to how many clues you can do in a day?

No limit, but make sure it's September 8. Try changing your own birthday to that date and going on your own page

If you go back a page or 2, I remember a player changed their birthday for the promo default smiley (y)

Go to settings and change your birthday to Sept. 8

Or you can go back a page or 2, a few players have also changed their birthdays for the promo; you can just visit their page
