That's a cool idea, but what else could they dd to make it part of a set? Or maybe they could make it a loner, like Arion and Xanthos?

Well you could have a eclipse, the northern lights, stars, the moon ect.

I would agree with calling it Aurora. Believe it or not there there are also the Southern Lightsdefault smiley (lol) In fact we had them a few days ago
