I Love all The Howrses! 

Hello friends, unfortunately my account has been sanctioned for "pass trafficking" because I purchased horses in direct sales I believed were due to a hack on another persons account and asked the howrse team to return all the horses to the person I still believe was hacked. And Yes I contacted them the day of the purchase to investigate, not concealing purchases, thoughts, or suspicions I had. - I initiated the investigation which had temporarily suspended my account the past 5 days to help an account I believed to have been hacked though it has not been confirmed. I asked they return the horses and if possible return any passes I used to purchase the horses back to my account if they were able. They did not return any of those horses, they did nothing but sanction my account for trafficking though nothing was sold or trafficked in any way on my end anyway. I have appealed. We shall see what they say. For now I am sanctioned until may 2025 and have zero access to any sales due to such the lottery is on pause as I have no way to continue it at this time.- As they say no good deed goes unpunished.  *** please note not having access to sale I cannot return the horses to the person on my own either- the entire purpose of contacting the howrse team was so they could return the horses which they did NOT do at all, all the horses are in stone hold tab of my account where they will remain until they can be given back to their owner with or without the howrse teams help.   

Update- howrse says their conclusion is based on profiting from a stolen account is against terms of use. And I contributed to that... which I vehemently disagree as I lacked profit and wanted return of all I was able to retrieve for the actual victim who was stolen from. This basically confirms TO ME that sporky was indeed hacked without the specific wording, and I am still going to return every horse without their assistance as the return of those horses was my intention in contacting them, I  just thought they could do so without equus or any cost to the victim but apparently not? It was an ask I was unsure and asked if possible for them to intervene.  So I will offer sporky the return on my own and no profit was intended nor will one be made as they will all be given back for the minimal it allows at 500 equus. There are horses purchased from who I suspect was the hacker (though they did not confirm they were the hacker) those pass bought horses too will be given to sporky for 500 equus at my pass loss, because that is not sporky's fault whatsoever and it is still the right thing to do period. I did ask if it was possible howrse return the passes I used as well as all those horses  -if possible- and return all horses to sporky, it was not a demand but a simple question *not for a higher amount* just purchase amount by the way.  As for this game I have learned I personally cannot and will not trust them in any future event. 

Update 11/19/2024 - so it is the next day and the howrse team has replied. This is very disheartening to me but No horses "will be able to be reurned" and the sanction stands simply for purchasing the horses regardless of intention or reason in large numbers. It is still considered trafficking and "the game economy and other players by extention" are affected in a negative manor. But the actual victim is not stressed or mentioned much on their end, so they do not seem to be a focus of the game. 

That being said I have decided I will return everything on my own, and I will sale off every horse on this account for the lowest possible pricing at my earliest convenience, I post it here so all know leaving was decided for me as an individual as part of a community, I personally do not feel valued or protected after seeing the outcome that a victim is not given restitution though there is someone who specifically tried to give some and asked the game to assist. 

****No one I decide to sell a horse to should recieve any form of punishment as nothing will have been stolen or trafficked but given as I decide. **** I post this statement here so no member of the community who will eventually recieve one of my own horses is punished and the community is aware of my intention to quit and my action will be to offload all horses possible. I take this action to protect anyone as I have no trust in the game to do so. This will occur in May 2025 at my earliest possible convenience, but my horses will only begin to sell off once I have been able to finish my intention of returning sporky's horses, I will be focusing on restoring what I can to them first and formost, I do hope they return long enough to recieve them, though in their shoes I don't think I would. At any rate my intentions and future actions are 100% clear. I may still come in to work up horses to Blup for those who will be recieving any of my own horses in the future, but that is the extent really. I will not play a game that in my opinion based on the conversation and conclusions given does not put a victim as first value. 

I do not state any opinions to sway others in any way shape or form but to be transparent with my thoughts, feelings, and intentions so it is documented and others cannot recieve penalty once I have sold my horses. 

Any friends are welcome to mail me to put in asks about recieving horses from my account and certain horses they would be interested in buying at 500 equus before I close the account, nothing from stone hold is up for consideration to others as they are all returns to sporky period nor the offers to sporky tab as they are horses I will offer from my own account to them at 500 equus also and only after they have declined any in that tab will the declined horses but considered available to anyone else. Most other horses from all other tabs however are avaiable, I extend this offer to friends first and will create tabs to isolate those horses friends have displayed interest in recieving. Only after April 2025 and friends have been considered will I offer any remaing to the public for also 500 equus any horses that would remain outside of specific tabs I will create for friends. Any horses that remain will go both in reserved and direct sales as I decide when I am prepared to do so. I do also reserve the right to not respond to inquiries, or demands regarding any remaining horses, there may be too many to get to/ or there may be none left by the time I recieve the inquiry, and/or they may be horses I have decided will go in small group chunks to direct sales and decided will not be considered for reservations. Nothing I sell to offload the horses will be sold any higher than 500 equus at any point in any of those sales. I will also purchase auction sales to bottom out my equus, I reserve the right to buy any horse I select at random regardless of value to others at any price I deem at that moment- meaning a horse that many would see as little to no value I may opt to bid thousands or millions more than any simular horses up for sale at that moment, none of those horses will be purchased from anyone I know or have had any contact with and will be completely at random. Those horses will not be sold and will be left on the account upon deactivation or sent to the safe haven as I decide at the moment, as that is what I wish to do with those purchases. 

Any horses that are currently reserved already based on mail communications which occured prior to this situation will still recieve any already agree upon horse that -

1: they did not mean to sell and communication was already made to establish return.

2: We were in contact and I agreed for whatever reason discussed to return any horse.

3. There was already contact regarding a horse I had agreed to sell someone. 

All of those horses will be sold as dicussed but no purchase from this account shall be made at anymore than 500 equus from this day forth therefor terms of any of those discussions have changed and are now deemed to be returned and or sold at 500 equus *as anytimeline discussed would now be cancelled beyond my control I offer the 500 equus as consideration for my inability to return or sell at the original date agreed upon. *

I no longer accept friend requests as I have no intention on remaining a part of this community after the dates discussed above.
