I produce and Thoroughbreds.

I usually sell valorised horses (Blupped and fully trained). 

Mares will most probably be covered with the best studs available at the time.

The price depends on the GP and the coat of the horse, and will be lower than prices on the market for the same type of sale (same GP, coat, BMI, etc...).
