I will accept messages on all horses for sale whether it says negotiable or not.  I am very new here and I am still getting the hang of pricing so if you see a horse that you like shoot me what you think a fair price is.  I am also not always on often do to school, work, and just life in general so I do apologize if I sometimes am a little slow at responding.
