he/him, late 20s, lured back to howrse through sheer nostalgia. i work full time and my cosplay work takes up the rest of my week, so howrse is not a competitive game for me. that said, i still enjoy this game very much and i'm always willing to help out if i can :)

i used to ride and had the fortune to part-own two beautiful horses: an irish sports horse who was a gangly little (huge) giraffe at 17hh and an absolute chonker of a cob. they were both excellent teachers, and i have never quite lost my love of riding - just the time and money it costs!

i don't have a particular focus in my gameplay other than whatever takes my fancy on a random weekday - which is to say, i never stick to just one thing for very long.

currently, i am enjoying the simplicity of TBs even though they are one of the most competitive breeds in the game - just means more 'useless' foals floating around the sales for me to nab! i also enjoy QHs, Paints, Appaloosas and my lovely homeland horses: Welsh Ponies.

i will nearly always be up for buying any of the aforementioned breeds, so please do let me know if you have any you'd like to send to a new home :)

this is my project line of TBs that are bred here on my farm. they aren't of any particular note - no gp champs or skillers here, but they're amongst the easiest breeds to blup mindlessly after a hard day's work, and i enjoy having them! they sit under my regis redeo affix currently, and are named after an activity called 'king's fall' in one of my favourite games of all time - destiny.

similar to my TBs, my Valus Quarters are just an idle breeding line of QHs born here.

[ ᴅɪᴠᴇʀɢᴇɴᴄᴇ ᴀʀᴀʙɪᴀɴꜱ ]

a mixed bag of Arabians from foundies to unicorns! this is more a collection than an active breeding project, and was inspired by one of my original horses here - Ashbrand. they mostly sit under the divergence affix, with a few exceptions for my foundies who belong under í hjartarót.

[ ᴠx ᴄʀᴏꜱꜱʙʀᴇᴅꜱ ]

this line mostly rose by mistake, as i purchased what i thought was a purebred TB mare from sales who turned out to be a mustang cross. luckily for me, i enjoy creative problem solving :D so she led the way for my vx series in which i plan to cross various breeds to produce some low-level skillers without the astronomical pass cost. ᴠx ᴀᴛᴏᴍɪᴢᴇʀ is my current star mare out of Harrowed Yasmin.

[ ʏ ᴍᴀʙɪɴᴏɢɪ ]

my future line of Welsh Ponies - the name is a homage to my childhood folk tales of the Mabinogion, a Welsh-language collection of mythical folklore from the Red Book of Hergest and other sources. all ponies under the affix will be named for characters from the tales. You'll find any Welsh Ponies bred here under the [ʏ ᴍᴀʙɪɴᴏɢɪ] affix, though this remains a future project for now.

Mustangs! I have no idea what I'm doing with them yet, I just like how they look. It doesn't take much for me to pick a horse up, can you tell? These are named for Elvhenan elements taken from the world of Thedas (Dragon Age)
