Hi, I'm an adult player from the UK. This account is a rebuild of a deactivated one, my main other account is on the UK server with username animalbox, and I also have a Spanish-server account, Orugatita, which I set up to help brush up on my Spanish language skill (Orugatita was deleted for inactivity, I'll be making a new one when I think of an equally good Spanish pun).
My main goal is to keep a non-inbred production, so if you have any foundies/provable NIB horses you're looking to sell, drop me a DM and we can sort something out :)
As my line of NIB horses grows, I'm ready to start selling, but as I put a lot of love and time into these guys, I don't want them auto-bought into an AP farm. I name my horses individually and with meaning, grow (too) attached to them and would love to see them sold to either another NIBer or anywhere they will be valued. All horses with the affix Nala's Nest Egg Niblings are potential sales, including foals all the way to the fully BLUPped and bolded. Until I come up with a price guide, feel free to PM me to negotiate prices as these will depend on the usual factors (GP, BLUP, BMIs etc)
Thanks for visiting my page!
Quick Guide to Howrse Jargon
It has occurred to me as I update this page that there are a lot of newbie-unfriendly abbreviations, acronyms and nicknames around Howrse, so here's a list of the ones I can think of, or remember not knowing when I first saw them, many moons ago!
- GP: Genetic Potential, measure of a horse's "base" quality. Rough measure of his maximum available skill gain up to age 25.
- BLUP: I can't remember what it stands for, but it's the measure of how well a horse's GP will pass on to and improve for his foal.
- BMI: Black Market Item, as the name suggests, any item bought with passes in the Black Market, including those not available at a given time. Commonly found in Howrse events as prizes. Includes Philosopher's Stone, Achilles' Heel, etc. Does not include 1*, 2* or 3* tack, food, etc.
- P. Stone: Philosopher's Stone, BMI making a horse immortal. Your first horses will have one.
- MA: Morpheus' Arms, a BMI allowing you to age up a horse without using Aging Points.
- AP: Aging Points, allow you to age a horse without waiting overnight.
- WOY: Water of Youth, allows you to age up a horse 1month at a time, instead of the standard 2.
- Appy: Shortening of the breed name Appaloossa.
- TB: Shortening of the breed name Thoroughbred.
