I'm kind of new to the game and don't much know of what to do to progress at a quick rate. 

I am also looking to strengthen my Thoroughbreds. I tend to make rash decisions though, and will often sell the older ones to gain passes to use at the blackmarked. Either that, or I use them to gain objects to further games. 

If you have criticism, or any helpful tips, please let me know, I'm open to most criticism for it brings to mind what I'm doing wrong.
