If I have a horse in sales for high passes than its definitely negotiable! I normally only put horses up for 2500P negotiable if I'm not sure the worth, but don't let the price stop you from messaging me! No lowballs! I don't give anything away for free unless stated on my presentation otherwise so don't ask :)

If I reserve a horse to you, than you have 24 hours to buy the horse or I will put it back in directs :)
