Hi everyone, I am horribly inactive right now. I'm sorry. College is occupying all my time, teachers are feeling the need to compensate for online school with an abundance of work. I hope you guys understand, I'll log in and mess around when I have some time. Stay safe <3
I am entering my first year of college this Fall. I am excited but also dreading it, only because some classes are already being moved online and I do not want an online college experience. I will be studying Business, but that can always change. I have an extreme passion for writing and the act of communicating effectively through words. I think literature and any form of fine art have such a unique capability to express emotions and evoke a response.
I am a musician and have been playing the trumpet for roughly nine years, though I do not plan to continue actively playing throughout college besides in a lovely community band.
I am an artist, though I have not actively made any work in a while. I paint with watercolor and acrylic, but I was more actively a digital artist and graphic designer.
I used to competitively show horses and have always been a horse lover. I am a four time World Champion from Pinto World, and received High Point the first year I attended, Reserve High Point my second and last year. I achieved all of this with my miniature horse Eli, unfortunately we noticed he was having difficulties seeing in his glass eye right before my second year at Pinto World. Eli has since been diagnosed with cataract in both eyes, he will eventually need his glass eye removed but it is currently not causing him any pain. He has some vision still and is a very spunky boy, he is actively used at my barn to play with the foals.
I also used to show within my state and received many High Point and first place awards. I showed through the Quarter Horse Assoc. with my passed horse, Miles, and the Buckskin Assoc with a leased horse.
I am no longer involved in the horse show world, and do not plan to return, though it was fun while it lasted. If you show, I wish you the best of luck in all your endeavors. If you ever want to share them with me, I will be happy to listen.
