Hi everyone!
Although this account is new, I've been playing Howrse on and off since 2012. I'm going to try to stick to it, but I'm a college student with work so I may be on and off. Feel free to message me and add me!
Below is how I play my game, just so you can reference if you are a new player. If you have an critiques, I haven't played in quite a bit so send me a PM on how to improve.
My Breeding Farms
Foal Games
-Horses between ages 0 to 1 yr. 4 mo.
-Each horse is given a unique name and GP is indicated
-From ages 8mo.+, foals are played with to increase skills daily
-Switched to BLUPing farm on the last day of play (1 yr. 4 mo.)
BLUPing
-Horses older than 1 yr. 4 mo.
-Stage in BLUPing indicated in horse's name
*FR (Forest Rides)
*MR (Mountain Rides
*T (Training)
*C (Competitions)
-Being BLUPed for breeding (I do not breed a horse under 100 BLUP unless it is apart of a daily objective)
Horses w/o Breeding Farm
-Horses with 100 BLUP or are "special"
-Mares competed daily unless pregnancy does not allow it
-Stallion covers offered daily for 500e
My Equestrian Center
This is the first time I've seriously attempted to use the EQ Center feature. If you have any suggestions please help! So far, I have taken a lot of game advice from
Atriola's presentation page and I feel pretty good about it. I will update this portion more in the future when I figure out what I'm doing right/wrong.
Horse Sales
I work with all of my horses everyday, so even if you are interested in buying a foal of 1 year, you can be confident that it has been played with for max skill each day. I sell my horses for 1e for 1gp point. That means if a horse has a genetic potential of 12000, I will want to price it at 12000 equus. If the horse has black market items attached to it, I will want to price it for passes.
