Hope your game is going well.  Want to pass along a couple tips I found to make equus.  I learn something new now and then.  You may already know about these.  You can make $8000 per day by entering your horses in the Grand Prix.  No matter what place you come in you still win $1000 per day per horse.  There is a limit of four entries per Classical riding and four per Western riding. This is provided you have the "Effect of the Tornado" perk. Otherwise your limit is two per discipline.

Another is using the leather gained from raising long horn cows on a large meadow and making Western saddles and selling them at the store.  Grow wheat to make Mash to sell at the store.

And lastly, if you have excess straw from growing wheat you are not using, sell at the store for $10 per unit can net needed cash as well.
