Friesians Announcement: Silver Spurs Equine is now in the process of starting up purebred Friesians!
Since Silver Spurs already breeds purebred quarters and quarter/friesian crosses we will now start breeding purebred Friesians as well!

We take great pride in breeding quality horses that can be used in our program or someone else's. Our main policy for breeding is that the horses are fully trained to 100 Blup before they are bred. This insures that the highest quality foals are produced. We use a consistent and productive training method on all our horses that allows them to reach 100 Blup at a young age, usually by the age of 12.

Our training program covers all areas, and by 100 Blup, produces individuals with complete genetic potential in 4-5 skill areas. Our stallions are available for public and private coverings when they reach 100 Blup. We will not allow our stallions to breed before this point, because we want them to produce the best foals possible. If you are interested in coverings by any, send us a message and we can discuss terms and fees.

All of our horses come with their breeding farm affix at the end of their name. This helps us to easily keep track of our progress. If you want to buy one of our horses, do NOT ask us to remove the affix. Our breeding farms and affixes are as follows:

Silver Spurs Quarters Mares, Sires, and Foals, with the affix "of Silver Spurs".

Silver Spurs Friesian/Quarter Crosses: "a Silver Cross"

Silver Spurs Friesians, Sires, and Foals: "a Silver Friesian"
