I also cheerfully and indiscriminately help out absolutely everyone for events, as long as I'm online for them.

Let me know if you need any coverings from my male horses (including Divines, e.g. Greyfells, but excluding limited-covering Divines). I'll be happy to offer them for 500e.

I'm an adult player, and -- like many people, I think -- nostalgic for the Howrse (and the warm, active player community) of the earlier days. I've sadly neglected my EC over the years, but I've just put in a 'Nostalgia Corner', for all your reminiscences! I've also started up a 'Recommendations' and 'I'm Proud Of...' thread. Come scribble in my guestbook! I'm also brewing up a giveaway, so keep your peepers peeled. I'd like to do a big 2500-day bash, but that'll take...a while. So maybe a lil' baby one for now.

I'm always happy to chat, though real-life commitments mean I may not always get to messages, and that I take irregular breaks from the game. If you aren't an adult, I would much prefer your parent/guardian to be aware of your interactions with me, but of course, I can't check or enforce that. Please do your best to stay safe!

I'm growing my game in a slow, sedate way, collecting companions, special coats, foundation horses, horses with customisation items, special horses, and Divines when I can. I'm very grateful to everyone who has helped me a4bc962b6472bd3fac0f915a0ff0c336_v1582021737.png

Older Presentation (but still valid!)

I've created a 'Thoughts About Horse' thread in my EC forum, with the view of being able to talk about topics that current Gameplay/Events forums don't facilitate. I'm calling on everyone to share their experiences and opinions, positive or negative; let's see if we can't let each other know what we're thinking, instead of just screaming into the void of the feedback system.

Please do check out my horses for sale; I always set the prices to be the very lowest at time of selling. I won't mind if you make reasonable offers on my horses, or even try to negotiate sales marked non-negotiable; however, as much as I respect the hustle, be sure to keep things polite. I will be much more open to lowering sales prices for people with non-pass-buying accounts. I offer coverings from all non-draft/donkey unicorn, Iris coat, Greyfell, and other miscellaneous divine stallions upon request.

I'm always keen to help out new players, especially in light of the crippling Howrse tax. I'll answer any questions about the game to the best of my ability, and will sell one or two random filler foals for 500e to anyone new and struggling for funds. In the interests of giving everyone both the benefit of the doubt and a happier game experience, I'll probably help you out with regular store items for objectives - please have the decency to not scrounge on my goodwill if you've no need of it

Either PM me, or pop in to my EC forum - I'm also more than happy to start conversations out of the blue; topics of particular interest include (but aren't limited to!) Classics, English, German, literature in general, literary theory, a whole bevy of TV shows (currently into British comedy and 'Poirot', among other things - Fry & Laurie, Blackadder, Upstart Crow, etc. etc.), and some anime :) If I don't respond immediately, it's probably thanks to my rather crushing amount of uni work (Classics & English).  Currently struggling through A. Wilson's Ancient Greek 'Harry Potter' - if anyone has tips, I would slurp them up like a parched dog on a scorching day (Aug 7th, heatwave).

Having read some of the presentations on here, I feel I need to state that I don't mind varied spelling and grammar. Linguistic snootiness is pointless, reactionary, and so often a pretension towards an elitism inaccessible to the practitioners themselves. Let language sprawl organically!

I return all congrats I see (except mods); if I miss you, don't feel shy about PM-ing for that well-deserved click in return ced83a1ec20d9f7b45a8c537f1ccdf3c.png

Forever disappointed at Howrse's incessant and impersonal money-oriented drives and overhauls - the lust for maximum profit is unsurprising, of course, but at least pretend to care about fostering what used to be a rather nice community too. As it is, the endless empty glitz and shameless bloodsucking is quite exhausting.

Current state: feeling exceedingly uncomfortable about both the concept and contents of the 'Spring Cleaning', and the state of Howrse. (2018)
