I only respond to offers on a horse if it is posted as negotiable. Generally I do not accept offers of horse trades for my horses in the sales. Naturally, there are some exceptions and they will be addressed as they occur.
And please remember these horses are for sale. So don't offer me a dime for a dollar horse.
