January 3, 2015 - I've been playing a bit on here the last month or so, nothing exciting, just entering Grand Prix as often as I can remember, trying to get my EC back up and running and figure out the new changes. I do really like them! I'm also excited about the new Lipizzan horses and am working on acquiring some of them for a future breeding project. I hope everyone had a good holiday season!
August 4, 2014 - I'm poking my head back in on here today. It's been quite a while since I've been active on here, but I am working hard over on the US Server. I realize it's probably old news, but I was really bummed out with the redesign of some of the horses - particularly the PSH and since they are/were my focus on here, I sort of lost interest... I may try to get back into things on here, we'll see... I hope everyone is having fun!
October 2, 2013 - Happy Fall, everyone! I'm tentatively back on here for now, but I probably still won't be spending as much time with my Howrses as I once did. Garden season is winding down, so I should have more time on my hands once I'm done with the harvest and have everything put up for winter. The latest news on here is that, after thinking about for a long time, I've finally started my first cross breeding project: Spanish Mustangs! I adore Spanish Mustangs in real life - I have one of them - and so this morning, I welcomed into the game my first little Mustang/PSH cross. He is a liver chestnut colt, born from my starter PSH mare, Sarabella - and my 1942GP Mustang stallion, The Ghost.
At one point I was interested in the Great GP race, but I got burnt out on trying to keep up without buying passes, even on a small scale. I think I will be taking a step back. I just want to play with my PSH Unicorns and my new Spanish Mustang project. Oh and my PSH NIB horses too. Yep, there is still PLENTY to do without pulling my hair out in the rabid GP race.
May 14, 2013 - Well, life has gotten REALLY crazy lately so I haven't been on here much at all for the last few weeks or so. I'm popping on when I can to take care of a couple horses and check on my EC, but that's about it. Hopefully things will mellow out some and I'll be able to get back to work here!
March 26, 2013 - I'm proud to present: Conquistador!! My first PSH Unicorn stallion. He will be offering some public coverings from time to time, but his primary role will be as a herd stallion to my growing group of PSH Uni mares.
March 21,2013 - Today, LS-Tempestad joins his "brother" in reaching 100 BLUP! Tempestad made it at the age of 12 years. I would have most likely had him there even sooner if not for some misclicks along the way - oops, haha. Again, no bonus items, just some aging points thrown his way now and then. :) Tempestad is out of my starter mare, Sarabella and sired by the stallion, Storm.
March 13, 2013 - I just had to share... My first homebred 100 BLUP is the Purebred Spanish Horse stallion: LS - No Turning Back! He was bred from a foundation mare given during the objectives, Esperanza, and the stallion, Point of No Return. He reached 100 BLUP today at the age of 12 years 6 months. Not bad I think, since I didn't use any passes or bonus items on him. Just some aging points here and there.

Hello! Welcome to my page!
I used to play several years ago, but lost my account when I didn't log in for a long time. It has been interesting to start over again. The horses look so much cooler now! I don't think I know anyone who plays anymore. Hopefully I can meet some new Howrse friends! I'm loving all of the new breeds and colors. Back in the day there were only 5-6 breeds I think... I love the Spanish horses.
I have two (real) horses. The one pictured in my avatar is Bo. Bo is a 12 year old Paint Horse stallion and the best horse I've ever had or been around. He is a stallion that I can trust to take care of anyone who rides him. He's my main man, a one in a million (or more) horse and I love him very much! We have just (late Sept 2013) started taking Dressage lessons. It is something I have always wanted to try and I'm learning a lot. This adds to the list of things Bo and I have done or at least tried over the years: trail riding, barrel racing, reining, polo, mounted archery.
My other horse is Kitai. He is a 9 year old Spanish Mustang. He was abused and neglected in the past and bounced around between 3-4 owners in the last year! He has had a rough life and he was very scared and distrustful when he first arrived, but we are becoming friends now. I had admired him from afar for the last several years and sometimes it's still hard to believe that he's mine now!
I live in South Dakota, USA with my husband and our small "zoo" of critters - dogs, cats, rats, salamanders, fish, and the horses. We also have a bunch of houseplants and a big vegetable garden.
