My favorite musicians are Okee Dokee Brothers, Cosmo Shelldrake, The Crane Wives, Steampunk Giraffe, The Longest Johns and Rhiannon Giddens.  None of these are listed in any sort of order, I love them all, and you should absolutely go check them out and then come back and nerd about how cool they are with me!
My favorite book series has to be Dragon Slippers, by Jessica Day George.  So much of her writing has inspired me and captivated my attention for years.  Her Tuesdays At The Castle is really fun too!
Howrse was the website I did a lot of my RP on here for years!  I was homeschooled most of my childhood and refused to pay attention to English classes, so most of my writing has been self taught all thanks to Howrse RPGs.  I'm still interested in written RP but I'm nowhere near the mastery standard that so many other RPGers here are at.  If you have a casual, queer friendly RPG group you're looking for people to join, hit me up!  I'd love to check it out!
