If Chms wants to offers on a horse. Chms will make it unreasonably priced. For the simple fact, Chms don't want to sell her horse for less than its worth and if Chms cannot find accurate sales info on it. It will be named Open To Offers, if that is the case of any horse.
If Chms buy your horse for your asking price. Chms turn around and sell it for more, that is Chms decision. Chms don't want any messages, complaining about how Chms could just buy a horse and flip it. Chms flip cheap horses that are worth more for profit. 99% of the players here do it. If Chms get a message like that. Chms will black list that horse player. Also, if I buy a horse, it's mine!!!! Chms will not sell it back. If it sounds harsh, Chms apologize, Chms breed and sale horses and ponies. If you message Chms, that you would like a horse or a pony; that you would like Chms to breed or to reserve to you.
