Thanks for visiting my profile page! :)
First off, I want to thank red1060 and deagh for patiently answering my endless questions about gameplay, blupping and everything else Howrse-related. I realize I have a lot more to learn but without their help I wouldn't have come as far as I have. :)
I am an adult player who originally joined Howrse in December 2007 but started playing on a consistent basis in March 2010. I am not involved in any breeding programs but prefer to buy the best horses of each breed that I can afford.
This is Adobe, my foundation horse (or, in his case, foundation Newfoundland pony), as he looked way back when I started. And this is Adobe's current page where you can see him with his pretty Golden Apple coat. :) He has come a long way in the last few months, pushing himself to win his 20 comps and attain 100% BLUP. These days Adobe spends his time in The Social Club, hanging out with the other male horses and offering a covering or two. What better way could a male pony hope to spend eternity? :)
When I returned to Howrse in March I discovered that many new breeds of horses and ponies had been added to the game, as well as special and divine horses. I have been scouring the sales and auctions adding brumbies, hackneys, shetland ponies, unis, etc. to my rapidly increasing herd.
On July 4 2010, I finally had enough equus to purchase an Archimedes and I enjoy visiting him once a day to answer a question and get an aging point. Why don't you drop by his page and answer a question too? We can never have enough aging points in this game! :)
And on July 9, 2010 I opened some Horns of Plenty and discovered, along with many nice Black Market items, two falabellas named Tiny and Petit. I am very happy to own them and will be on the look out for the other three colors to add to my collection. I also own a Harlequin and a Mist. And today, April 20, 2011, my Mist had an Ocean!!
I now have an Emerald
