HI GUYSSS
What are you up to? Any new horses (well almost definitly)? Any new customs? None for me, I have had no motivation whatsoever. BUT I mainly be going back into the painting business as I Ot some extra-thin detail brushes, so maybe I can try star dapples on Cyclone |

Cool! I don't have anything new, however, I have a bunch of horses are my "workbench"! (aka a little space on a low shelf ) there's a few stablemates, two traditionals, four classics, and I think two Schleich. Actually they're safari, but close enough they have varied degrees of finishedness: one only needs eyes and sealer, another needs snowflakes, a mane, hooves, eyes and sealer, another needs her paint removed and fully painted. The traditionals need the most work. They're each missing part of a limb, and need a TON of sanding (I'm taking the halter off a Pacer... Could be years )

Oh, goodness!

Hehe, there seem to be a lot of ninjas here...speaking of which I need to make my ninja outfit for my Falabella...maybe tomorrow I'll have time. Hopefully!
That custom somebody posted (I don't want to lose this post by checking, and I'm lazy, sorry) is really cute! I think paint horses with more Warmbloody attributes are super cute! Good job! Seeing as I just got into Schleich recently, I have 9 horse models, 1 pegasus and 1 fairy with a fairy horse. I also have a unicorn mare and foal, but they are Safari. I have around 300ish Breyers though, so I guess that makes up for my lack of schleich |
Awe, thanks!
Love the new avatar you have.

Thank you! It's actually an old avatar that I made a while back and decided to re-use. I live about an hour from a valley that has elk, and it's one of the few places that do in the state I live in. One of my friends invited me to come with her on a birthday trip and I managed to snag a cool, not-so-blurry pic of an elk walking. Then when I learned to make avatars I used the pic.

I took forever on her dapples I desperately need new white and black paint, because the white is al cracked and there's no more to fix it with |

What I used for dapples on my dapple grey custom is I used a brush sponge, dabbed it in a little bit of paint (not a lot, just a little) and then blotched it on the horse wherever I felt he needed to be dappled. That result produced star dapples though, not normal dapples, so I know how to do star dapples

I'm allow to get 2 schleich on Friday i have decided to get the Hanoverian mare but i don't know what else to get, which schleich would be the best, i want one that isn't too big but not too small either. Any suggestions?

Awesome! I really like the Haflinger mare. She's pretty big for a pony, but I don't think she is quite full-sized. I wouldn't recommend the Andalusian mare though, as she is very big. (But I still want her.) I don't know about the sizes of these, but my top 3 wants are: 2015 Knabstrupper mare, 2016 mustang stallion, and maybe the new mustang mare. She's kinda ugly in her marketing picture, but I think that's only the angle. At least I hope so!

Those halter bred Quarter Horses that are piebalds look like cows
I really like the Tennessee Walker mare, she's around the same size as the Hanoverian mare. Be warned though, she doesn't look like a Tennessee Walker. I've made mine an old style Selle Français because that's what she looks like to me I also really like the Fjord mare and stallion, but they are a bit smaller. Tinker stallion is nice if you want lots of fluff too. |

The mustang stallion is nice too.

No seriously though, have you seen it?
The way it's standing with its legs spread out, the marking on its nose, the shape and color of the tail, and even the little fluff of a forelock all remind me of a calf. |

I just counted all of my Schleich-scale Safaris and Schleich. I have 27. I also have a breyer paddock pals TB who I sometimes use with Schleich, a safari TOOB pony who is a decent mini horse for Schleich, and 3 terra. I don't really use the Terra's though... Two are slightly acceptable.... And then I have like a dozen stablemates, two traditionals, four classics, and an Etrl. I wonder if that's what it is. Maybe Ertl. I also have plenty of unknown-brand and Melissa and Doug horses, but none can really be counted as models. They're toys.
