[Known Issue][May 2025] Ongoing Performance Issues

Thank you to everyone who has reported issues within the game after the maintenance yesterday.

We would like to assure you that we're working to resolve these issues as soon as possible and ask for your continued patience while we continue investigating and applying fixes to the game.

I've listed a few of the most common issues below:
- Game lag,
- Game slowness,
- Delay in receiving password reset emails,
- Delay in receiving verification emails,
- Horse competitions becoming stuck "In progress"

Please know that the above list is not exclusive and is only the most frequent issues being encountered by our players.

Here is a new update on the current situation after the migration:

↪ Emails issue: Good news, the game is finally able to send out emails to almost everyone!
We are still having issues with Yahoo email addresses. The team is on it, but the rest is fine. You should now be able to confirm your email address or reset your password, for example. Please remember to check your spam folders if you haven't received an email in your inbox.

↪ Missing payment methods: The team is still working on getting Xsolla back as soon as possible. However, right now, we cannot guarantee that it will happen before the end of May Packs, unfortunately. Paysafe should arrive even later. We know how inconvenient it can be for some of you, and we are really sorry about that! Rest assured that the team is doing its best.

↪ Global compensation: We're still on it! The detailed amount and content will be finalized by the end of the week. Hopefully, we will be able to send it out next week.

↪ Test servers: The team is still working on it, hopefully they can reopen next week.

The team is also working on other issues, which are less visible to you, affecting our internal tools.

Step by step, things are getting back to normal.

↪ Test servers: Still work in progress and our #1 priority this week since we need to test features for the next update. We hope to be back up and running by the end of the week, but nothing is set in stone.

↪ Missing payment methods: We are still working on getting Xsolla back up. We know how inconvenient it can be for some of you, especially since May Packs are ending tomorrow. We are really sorry about that! Sadly, we can't guarantee it will be back up before the end of the week.

↪ Global compensation: We are still working on the final details. It will include a variety of items and resources to thank you for your patience during the bumpy migrations.

↪ Performance issues: We noticed an increasing number of reports signaling frequent blank pages, maintenance pages, and other display issues. It seems to affect multiple versions. We are investigating a bit deeper and will provide you with an update next time.

Here is an update on the current situation after the migration.

↪ Performance issues: We are aware that there are still some performance issues, affecting the French servers in particular and also the other versions. This is being investigated as a priority. However, the team still has some difficulties finding the origin of the issues. The metrics we have on our side don't reveal any performance issues, unfortunately.

To help the investigation, we could use more information regarding the issues you encounter:
• On what version?
• If there are specific times you are having issues?
• On what specific pages of the game?
• Screenshots could help as well.

Please share this information with us.

↪ Test servers: The test servers are back up and running (but only for FR, DE, and INT at the moment).

↪ Email issue: Emails should be working for everyone now (but might still land in your Spam folder). Please send a ticket to Support if you still aren't receiving emails.

↪ Missing payment methods: Xsolla is back now and should give you plenty of additional payment options. There is no update regarding Paysafe at the moment, as it isn't our priority.

↪ Global compensation: We're still on it, the detailed amount and content have been finalized. The developers will code the script when there is enough bandwidth - hopefully this week, but there is no guarantee.

There are also other issues the team is working on in the background, but things are progressively getting back to normal.

maybe if the little change they made was something the players WANTED or needed or cared about it would be better. all this did was devalue a bunch of items and horses that had already lost value. it just feels like they are thinking "oops haven't done a dev's corner in a month lets throw some stupid little thing at them". usually dev's corners has at least 3 changes. Why only one? also do we really need a new dev's corner every 3 weeks? NO

If I understand right, Fifth element is a very old item. On Sales 10-20 passes for horse with it. I don't think it is too rare.

Irish coat too. It's too many horses with it.

So it is normal, have item in black market, if we have too many horses with it.

I think the new BM items are a good choice! It's super easy to get horses with these items anyway, and now they're slightly more accessible

the issue is that that makes the value plummet. cause now anyone can get them.

I noticed that they changed the cookies pop-up on the main log in page today, it actually works and can now be dismissed. However after entering credentials I am still getting the pop-up that states that I have been inactive for too long. Guess I'll just be logging in from side pages forever at this rate. default smiley :'(

I have the Blood priv. I know i can not use it on horses not bred by me. I have a problem. I have 1k+ in passes and tried to purchase the blood from the black market. I tried it from the Horses page and from the Black Market itself. It keeps telling me "You do not have a copy of this item in your stock." What can I do to fix this?

This is a known issue and was already reported to the team.

is the issue of wind divines not giving skills when you do Plains rides a known issue? yes i know that it's better to NOT focus on the skills. but it was brought up in the gameplay. I tested it and it didn't work. even though it says skills were given

. You have to manually add the skills with the + button like you do with other divines. The rides don't automatically add the skills

thanks. i've never paid attention to it til the gameplay question. wasn't sure if it was part of the mess that is the game right now.

I was minding my own business, taking care of my horses, and suddenly I had a VIP account and 100 extra passes. For a second I was scared, thinking I had somehow made a big purchase by accident hahaha

This is a really nice surprise! The compensation gifts are amazing.

Is there any news on the cookies issue? The only workaround ive found is to go to another country and then back to international's login. Otherwise i get locked behind an inactivity error.

thanks for the compensation. I have a feeling in like 25-30+ days there's going to be tons of "why did this end" " what's going to change" type questions with all the new VIPs. should be interesting. I honestly had a hard time picking my 10 perks. Some I'm super excited for.

Tho it may be hard for some people who've not had VIP before to give it up after 30 days haha! But it gives them all a good chance to have a proper try at vip to so that's pretty awesome i think!

did anyone else who was already a Pegasus account get a FULL month after the VIP ended even if you didn't have a full month left on the pegasus account. I was about 3 days into my month of peg account today but when my VIP account end 7/27 my peg will go til 8/26. Was happily surprised to see a full month .

The game migrated their data servers, and it was lag city for at least a week for majority of players, longer for others, especially language servers who migrated earlier than us. Your game must have taken the detour around the lagdefault smiley (lol)
