search through the team rankings for one you are interested in, and if on the team page it says they are recruiting, send a message to whoever it is telling you to contact

lunafantasys, if you message top teams who are incredibly competitive obviously you won't get a response especially if you're a newbie. Try looking for non competetive teams who dont have high requirements, there's plentiful of them.

Top teams more often than not accept only experienced players with a lot of resources at their disposal, in order to keep genetic potential moving almost constantly. After all, they are competing against other teams and need able players. Both of you guys' best bets are to try and join a more laid-back team so that you can practice blupping and get some team experience.
