I can honestly say that I miss the days of the old lottery. Did I ever win a divine? No. Did I get some really really nice BMI? Yes. The lottery was worth it back then. It used to be such a fun promo.


I have yet to keep any of my winnings. Nothing worth keeping honestly. My "best" winnings have been lyres, Artemis Arrows, some useless companions, equus, and clover. Yippee

I'm only here for the Hestia's Gifts, which I need to breed my Iris draft unis with (I've only got one divine that drops them every two months or so right now so it's nice to have more), so I do want the millions of clovers. I guess others don't need H. Gifts so much, though, which is perfectly fine. But I basically disappeared from few of the previous events and I don't think I missed anything because of there being no H. Gifts.

If I don't have enough for two, I'll buy some M. Bloods, maybe. Afterwards a few colored tack. Then lots and lots of droppings for my plant divines!

My only issue with the lottery is that we always reached 3 draws, yet we got left with 2. As nice as the slightly cheaper tickets and extra from the challenge are, they don't make up for losing the draw we always reached. After the first day, that cheap ticket and extra were already considered "reached", so now we are losing out on about 10-12 tickets per day. I wouldn't have minded at all had they have gone down the middle and given us 3 draws per day.

Please bring back the 3rd draw. At least Medusa blood is a prize. Vintage apples are ok but golden apples would be better. I only like some of the vintage apple breeds thoroughbred, Arabian vanner, shetland, friesien and somewhat akhal teke and trotter. The rest are ok. Not my favorite. I have all the Arabians coat colors and not in hurry to collect vintage apples.

I am keeping my tickets until I get a Jenny as price. This morning the game tried to trick me in giving it up by offering 1 Golden Fleece, but those things are a scam. Last 3 I opened from promos where all low quality items. Apples, 1* saddle and 1* polo wraps. Not gonna open those anymore Howrse.
I am going for that Jenny.

I finally kept my prizes. I got 2 Fantasy Sharks from last night's draw. There were also 2200 clovers in the winnings, which was nice, and 10k equus to pay back some of my ticket expenses.

So if I’m understanding this correctly… any divine is possible as a reward??

No, just the ones shown on the Jackpot page (you have to switch to classic to access it). Only Lava and Jenny are possible

I couldnt find the prize list on classic mode. Not the one we turn in clovers for. So far game ok i exchanged hera pack for a golden apple, got a Medusa blood and a black orchid so i could buy the nordica coat so i can get it without her passing on me. Now to put her in black orchid breeding farm with retired horses.

This is a request towards Owlient, and I think many people are with me when I say:
Please bring back the old version of the Lottery. We win/buy tickets and when the draw starts you always instantly get the price but you can also win tickets for the next draw again. Which AUTOMATICALLY lets you take part in the next lottery. If you think we need clovers, sure then, give us clovers as well. But right now you can never take part in the next draw anymore before you decide what to do. And if I am not online, I wont even get the chance to win stuff. And I get the idea of 2 draws a day but better stuff, but if you stick to those low value prices, we really need our 3 or 4 draws back.

I took part with more than 90 tickets last round and the best thing was a Sparrow and a Wand. I will post this again after the event ends and they ask for the survey.

It's not what I expected it to when it was supposed to be "improved" - on the contrary, it's a let down.
It's good for stocking up on things but really, it's disappointing

3x Z Bolts in my last draw, which would be nice if I didn't have 4 divines that drop them, so I traded in anyway cause the rest of the prizes were meh. I really just want a Fleece or two

Very much agree! Why didn't we receive 3 draws this time? We have missed many opportunites without the 3rd draw.

The contests/events the past 3 years have become more contrived and are not in favor of the players.

Feels like I have spent a fortune on tickets, and gotten nothing, yes this is my first lottery but darn was hoping for more.

So far, I'm pretty disappointed. Feels like buying the key didn't really give players a bonus. 1 extra ticket per draw.... Man, it would be better if it actually got us a jackpot from the top row, in each hand. Make it a little bit harder to trade each hand in. Or maybe if it was a bonus that equals 5 normal lottery cards.

So far the only really exciting thing is the fantasy shark, and the Hestia's gift and timer we can get with the clovers. Based off what folks were saying in the spoiler chat it sounded like this was going to be a little more exciting gift wise.

Oh well, more 'free' stuff. Can't complain too much, but still not the most exciting

As with any event, it's nice to win items (especially when they are free). I'm finding the ticket price (for equus) can get quite expensive, considering you need to gather the clover for the items and the equus amount will add up over time! Well over 150k equus spent already!



I just found out that the "golden ticket" from the Great Challenge 600 pass buy is worth absolutely nothing - it's just another standard ticket for the draw.
This is gutting. I thought being "golden" that it had a chance for you to win something more "special". This is a slight misconception, why adorn it with gold and call it "golden" if nothing is special about it.


Bring back the lottery from the good old days. It's been about 10 years since I last played the lottery, but I remember how awesome it was! I saw a post from someone that Howrse had said next time the lottery comes around, it'll be better.
If this is better, what on earth did it used to be like?

I'm just rolling over all of my tickets until the last one. I don't really care about any of the prizes, so I'm just seeing what happens. I said that I'd do that last time, but I got a Titan's Challenge so I was like well I gotta take it. Saw a golden Fleece this morning, but they're about the same level of meh for me as the Crowns. HoPs are obviously still the best.

Only decent prize I had offered last draw was a fertility wand... with 90 tickets. At what point am I going to get something decent? Aside from the first draw, I haven't had any draws worth claiming.

I'm surprised I've already had a couple of draws I was happy to keep. So far, I'm actually quite enjoying this, especially compared to some previous lotteries where I've had nothing good even saving everything to the last draw. It's also really nice to not have to remember to log in at ridiculous time. This is much more manageable for me.

I only had 29 tickets so I expected it, but I am still disappointed

Accepted one that had a Fleece in it and a few for lightning bolts since I'm running low, but otherwise draws have been very underwhelming. Have enough clovers for a Hestia's Gift and some other stuff, which is nice. Overalll feeling pretty meh about it so far, far from dreadful but certainly not filled with the excitement of the old lottery.
