Once it is done, you can:

Merge two equal items to get the next level one.

Merge two different items to get prizes!

Merge items 1 and 2 to get fragments of the new divine horse.

Merge two level 9 items to get the new companion!

[/spoiler:0]

How to get items?

Click to display

There are two ways to get items:

You can buy them with passes

You can wait for a refill

Only the Level 2 and Level 3 items can be bought!

Jackpot

A brand new companion: Shark-Sidhe! Merge two Level 9 items to get it!

Choose the awakened form of your companion from the 9 available sharks.

Tyche’s crown - New divine horse

Throughout the event, you can find fragments of the brand-new divine: Blue Hungry Shark from the Crossover series.

You are so sweet to make up this list. I'm sure it will help a lot of people. Thank you!

Some feedback: Firstly, I like the prizes offered this event but the cost of them is insane.
After running the calculations it takes 64 level 3 sharks to make one level 9 shark.
So at the rate of 95 equus for 8 level 3 sharks, we are looking at 760 equus for one level 9 shark (this wouldn't include the free ones you get by waiting).

Is it just me or are these event prizes ridiculously expensive? That's 1,520 equus for one of the shark companions. I don't think I've seen an event yet where a companion costed over $15 USD. These sharks take forever to refill, so far this is not very rewarding or entertaining.

I really wish the devs would listen to us and understand that while we love the game, most don't have the kind of money to be really enjoying it.

Are you referring to passes, rather than equus?
Unless one experiences some hiccups in an event, it's usually possible to get the jackpot prize (the shark companion in this case) without using passes at all. In some events, like this one, that unfortunately means you may have to forfeit some other good prizes to finish. And in others you can get the jackpot, plus an array of other stuff. Just depends on the event.

Ugh yes passes, sorry - brain is not braining today.
You definitely can get the jackpot, however it just seems like these events are getting more and more expensive. I do recall when I was younger and played that it was significantly easier to progress and frequently there were larger prizes offered.
I will admit the hike one there were some great prizes and it was really easy to progress. But unfortunately this one, given its timeline, you can only get a couple of the higher prizes without paying passes. That's just my experience though.

Don't get me wrong - I still enjoy participating in events and I still spring for pass packs when I can, it would just be great to see some of these events geared toward less pass use if that makes sense. Like maybe some boosters can be bought for equus instead of passes, or maybe just them costing less passes? (Or for this event it could not take quite as long for sharks to refill)
Just some thoughts, it's tough to afford day to day life so it's definitely a privilege to be able to afford passes, I'd like to not have to use them all in one event to get more than one or two of the higher up prizes is all default smiley :)
I still appreciate these events and the creativity of devs so I hope I don't come off as unappreciative!

That's my biggest issue with this event, it's way too expensive! Mind you I used to LOVE this event before the level nine merges existed, but it's just not nearly as good anymore.
This is how much a few of the BMIs that can be bought for passes cost, assuming the weekend discount is 65p for 8 sharks (I believe that's what it usually is?) (someone correct my math if I'm wrong)

Philosopher's Stone- 72 #3 sharks - 855 passes (585 discounted)
Morpheus' Arm- 66 #3 sharks - 855 passes (with 6 #3 sharks left over) (585 discounted)
Hera's Pack- 64 #3 sharks- 760 passes (520 discounted)
5 Pieces of Cloud - 64 #3 sharks - 760 passes (520 discounted)
Titan's Challenge- 48 #3 sharks - 570 passes (390 discounted)

Except the pieces of cloud (which are 45 passes more than the BM), they're all almost TWICE the price of Black Market value even when discounted! That's crazy!

The event finishes on the 9th September. I'm also working out whether I can get a Philosopher's Stone in time default smiley :p

You may be pleased to hear that x8 #3 sharks are 45 passes, meaning that a Titan's Challenge would be 270 passes..

I'm only interested in the Titan's Challenges so that's the only one I've done the maths for default smiley :p So it's still cheaper just to buy them on the BM.

I think the end prize is pretty cute, but if we use it as a companion, do we have to choose one of the other sharks? When I went to the fantasy shark page, that is what it seemed like. I don't want to go for the final prize if we can't actually choose the white shark as the companion. I was trying to decide if I wanted to give up all the other prizes for it anyway. I don't think so.

Yes unfortunately the white shark that is used as the face of the shark-sidhe is not one of the options - I was pretty bummed when I found this out on the test server since it was my favorite one.

Bailed on the grand prize; the Ghost Shark is cute but not THAT cute. I now have a Hera Pack and will be attempting to collect Harmony Packs and a Greek Journal. default smiley (h)

So, since there's no end date on mobile, what time do I have to collect as much as possible?

September 9th.
To see the end date on mobile version, click one of the main menu icons at the bottom of the screen, and then on the banner at the top of the page, make sure the Transformation event is displayed, by swiping if needed. It shows the end date and local time theredefault smiley :)

The event will not let me continue to merge the sharks, trying to bring the 1st shark to the grid and it won’t drag or anything. I can move around the ones on the board but I can’t add new ones. International server, just noticed it.

Have you tried to merge the 1 and 2? The tutorial requires you to do that to finish it.
