I know that artist is in the Official Howrse Discord, and it looks like they deliberately sent that coat in as a uni. So, my guess is that either they didn't really consider the fact that it doesn't have a horn, or something on the horse's head is supposed to be in place of the horn. Maybe that sun? They described it as their "sunrise goddess coat", so I assume that's supposed to be the "horn". I've seen some artists do that with both horns and wings before where they replace them with something else that isn't technically a horn or wings in the usual sense.

Oh, sorry, I didn't mean to just completely ignore the person's message before mine! I had this page open for a while as I was looking for the post on Discord, and new messages don't spawn unless you reload the page after posting your own. But, it could potentially be that blue thing as well. I have no idea what the blue thing is supposed to be though. Either way, you're not blind, there isn't a traditional horn lol.
It's a pretty coat and I got a copy for myself, but I personally wouldn't consider it a unicorn.

I'd say that is quite misleading of the artist to intentionally submit this as any sort of unicorn, as there is nothing in the general area that would even suggest a horn. (To me)

I just went through a couple hundred pages of coats and though some were slightly questionable, to me, you could still at the very least tell what they were going for, what the images were implying. (I was going to do some spoilers with images to show examples but that's too much work for me right now.) I, too, was thinking it was some kind of bow, scrunchy, ear piece thing. I do understand what you're saying, that maybe that's what they're doing, and we just have to assume the blue thing and/or sun is the 'fake'/'non traditional' horn, but I just can't see it, neither are in any sort of relative shape or placement of even a fake horn. Of all the ones I saw while searching, it was still pretty obvious what the 'fake' horns/wings were supposed to be; this just makes no sense to me. I'm not trying to argue with anyone or anything, I don't mean to come off rude, if this happens to sound that way. I also don't mean to be so hard on this coat, it's still a nice coat. I am just confused about it and was a little bothered since no one was saying anything so I must have been missing something that others were getting.

I thought the blue thing was a scrunchy too. Maybe it identifies as a unicorn!
It's a pretty coat, there's far worse ones that get through in my opinion.

Maybe it's horn is hidden in his long forelock. Very bendy!

I do believe the horn is that blue piece that curls from around behind the ear much like ram horns! I think some of the difficulty is coming from the quality loss we get from resizing the art as well as the perspective of the head blocking our view of the other horn.

That makes sense that it's ram horns. It must be Chrysomallos with his Golden Fleece.

I don't have any particularly good stories, but this one is probably the best.
~Heraldic Flame~  I first saw it when someone who was quitting had it advertised on their page that anyone who wanted any of their horses could have them. Unfortunately they never got back to me, oh well. There was then one in the auctions for super cheap, I put a good bid on it but the auction ended in the middle of the night and I was outbid... by a single pass.  I can't be mad though because the person who got it will definitely appreciate it. It was also in the directs not that long ago for a decent price, unfortunately I was tapped out and it was gone before I could get more passes. I'll get her eventually but for now I'll just hope she comes around again at a good moment.

I don't have two infamous coats as the creator held them to ransom so many times back when it was an option, and yep I don't go there!

 This one is called City Burner, and while I really love this coat now, I got this one because I mis-clicked during regular release. I 100% do not regret it, but I still laugh a little whenever I see it in my farms.

Man the last two are both pretty but I do wish there weren't so many black/dark ones. So many of the artists are VERY talented and you can tell the coats are great but it is hard to see the details.
