Hello,
Had a little look inside my ec forum and found a good idea.
why don't we play Howrse spotters!
It's very simple you just need to find an extraordinary Howrse and put the link to his page here.
We could look for the Oldest, the fattest, the skinniest, the biggest number of wins in one type of competition and so on, i'll let you imagine which ones we can search together.

I am looking for coats (GA or RC) that are roans, does anyone know of any names of roan coats? I am also looking to coats that are semi realistic looking. If anyone knows of any coats like above, I would love to know the names of the coats default smiley (l)

I am trying to compile a digital "notebook" of sorts, in which to preserve Howrse memories and images of favorite coats and backgrounds. This will not be maintained ON the site, it will be preserved on my own computer.

Question: I am able to take nice screenshots of JUST the coats and can save large images such as this:

But I have not been able to figure out how to save a coat image WITH its background, except at small sizes.

Has anyone else tackled this issue?

There's only two ways I can't think of.
1) You take a screenshot of the horse's public page with the full background showing, so you can take a screenshot. Cut out all the extra stuff and just keep the background with the horse in it. But like you said, it may be small.

2) You can save the image of the coat, like you did above. But also, save an image of the background you want for that coat. That way you will have two images. You can put the horse coat on to the background, (since it is png, it's a simple placement), and save it as a new file on your computer. Of course you may need some kind of editing software. I'm not sure if Microsoft paint can do it (I used to use paint all the time on my computer some years ago, but haven't since then. I mainly use my tablet.)

im not entirely sure if this is the correct forum, but ik its not a gameplay question. anyways what is the rarest coat (color) on the game, across all the breeds what is the most sought after coat on a horse default smiley :) thank you default smiley :) -WD

If you go to Directories (under Community) and then click on Horses, it shows the popularity of all breeds and coats on Howrse default smiley :)
Currently, the rarest coat is Bay Few Spots with 3,549 horses. It's probably not the most sought after, but there's not really a way to measure that.

My horse needs a new coat. Does anyone know of ones for horse or pegasus that look like a real horse? (No unnatural horse colors, just browns/palo/etc.)
