which makes me mad because I have several iris to put on horses I was going to sell since I don't care much for them but I know other people do and I'm not sure it's worth it now

I have an absolutely ridiculous question. How do I see the trophy medal majobber for Golden Apples? I see the special coat and retired apple pages, but not for the regular one. Is there one? Or is it just counting all GA coats and calling it a day when it gives you the percentage?

I've had this account for 7 years and I've never not been able to find something......but I also can't tell if it exists.....I'm so confused.

I'm disappointed.
I've started playing this game 9 years ago and for the past 3 years I've bought passes and Christmas packs. (I mainly play on another server, but since we do not have forums so I've decided to share my feelings here.)
Now I'm a collector and I feel upset just like the majority of players here and I agree with the criticism. I mostly spent money in here for collections and having recently bought a Christmas pack which wasn't cheap by any means, I really feel bummed out. Maybe it's just me but I feel like I shouldn't be required to be constantly checking spoilers just go make sure the very foundation of my game style doesn't disappear next week.

But I'm also worried for the affect it will have on my preferred server.
It is already small and now that we don't have forums and even buying/selling horses for collections has apparently gotten useless (which was actually a big part of the remaining interaction and pass earning ways for more casual free players) I'm really worried it will die even sooner than it was about to.

You can't find it cause it's not there.

GA coats no longer count as a Collection, they're now ONLY a trophy. And you can't see which ones you have either. But it doesn't matter, cause you could put the same coat on 800 times and it'd still count. It's not about collecting anymore, it's about selling GAs from the Black Market.

But then you can't sell them for a profit cause they're not worth anything in Sales without collectors to buy them. So, you have to pour in the financial equivalent of 10000 passes to get a GA trophy, make nothing back, and then for all your hard work and financial sacrifice they give you an Achilles Heel.

I do not see how ANYone benefits from this, but that's how it is now.

Is it possible that they will add GAs, helios rays, iris coats, etc. to trophies or collections later? Maybe it will just take them a bit more time? This seems to be a huge update and maybe they will add these things in and the older divines after some time. I am trying to be optimistic and I certainly hope so.

I do also like the idea of being able to trade some of these items in the exchanges. That way, a person who has a divine that gives some of these items can still benefit in some way at least.

Actually, the devaluation of Divines ticks me off too. Like I JUST spent some 1000+ passes getting Little Mermaid and I now I can't even PROFIT off her???

Give me a BREAK, Howrse. Why would I even pay for a Divine if its perk is going to become useless in a week, huh?

You're right gollygee, this was a massive change.... that no one asked for! And everybody hates! I don't think I've ever seen such a negative consensus like this.

I am SO glad that I didn't buy a Christmas Pack this year. I was really tempted seeing what they were offering, and I thought it would be great to complete a divine collection. That would've been the biggest mistake ever, especially if I chose a divine for collection purposes instead of one that gives me passes.

I'm very upset about this update. I don't like the new layout at all. I preferred how accessible everything was before, and I liked the individual icons for all the trophies. There's not much I can say that others haven't said before, but I stand with the frustrated collectors. And I'm terrified as to the future of this game if it loses a huge chunk of it's pass buying community as a result of this.

i just noticed when you click on the collections for ones you have it can take you to a random horse you have with it. it'd be nice if it showed you every horse that has that piece

Does anyone know what the Diamond trophies are? has anyone made it that far yet?

the only one i've gotten is for entering the GP 2500 times.

I can’t remember where, but I’d swear I heard somewhere that they would be putting the older Divines in the trophies, they just had the newer ones in preprod because they were recently released. I don’t know for sure if this is true or where I heard it, but there is hope.

I saw someone had mentioned sending in feedback to the Howrse team and I decided to do my part by doing it too. Hopefully, we get the justice that we deserve.

If they don't do anything (besides adding the golden apple coats and collection update) then I feel like this game is doomed and I might just have to move on to something better. No point supporting a company that doesn't listen to their player base who funds them.

Special coats: I have three of the inkwell coats, but my "collection" says I have none.

Same...i literally just finally applied the Anne of Austria and the Richelieu coats just a few days ago, and yet it claims i don't have them? Also, i thought somebody said it was a "in the past 30 days" thing which they were. It does give me credit for the Nightmare, Conductor, Multicorn, Typhon, Wilderness, and Animated avatar however, those were applied a long time ago, so the 30 days makes no sense. I'm on the collections page, special coats, and i know those aren't all the inkwell horses, but still, it makes no sense. It says i don't have any of the four inkwell horses either, when in fact, i do have all four of them on horses, including the two i listed above that i had literally just applied to horses shortly before this change. I am just very confused.

Famousamos - Hopefully it's temporary. As a long time trophy hunter I'm still a bit stunned and going to spend a few days on the new game before crying. Now the cheap Monster companions make sense.

My trophy ranking just dropped from ranked at 103rd to 1106th. I give up.

I believe they are for reaching different levels. For example mine shows I have a diamond in Seniority at 100% for having 5000 days Seniority. Then I shows I'm at 81% towards the diamond in Space Traveler X, catch 10,000 ufo's.

So they took something that was working just fine and made it a complete mess? Yikes. It looks like it was designed by a child.

Remember 'back in the day' when we used to get yearly surveys asking how things were going where we could offer suggestions for actual site improvements? How about redesigning the horse graphics so the same graphic isn't being used for multiple breeds? How about shaking up the UFOs that haven't changed in years? How about allowing us to 'hide' coats/helios rays that we have no interest in in order to easily find ones we want to use? There you go. Three ideas right there that would actually improve the experience.

Whiskey Tango Foxtrot happened... where are my Helios Ray and Golden Apple coat collections? No one cares about Ow's Helios Rays, nor Vintage Apples... have those collections ended up somewhere else? Did I seriously just spend US dollars on this game in December to have this terrible change occur? Anyone else find it useless?

@Famousamos glad it is not just me. I'm also missing about 4 animated coats which I definitely have but which it says I don't have. I'll just be patient as they're sure to show up eventually

Absolutely love dropping 2099 positions in trophies and ~600 in the general ranking. Got back into BULPing vanners after years and was happy to see my rank slowly climb up again. Good things don't last I suppose? LOL

When you don't like a product in a store, or the product or service does not meet expectations, you get a refund and the product is returned, or service improved. How can I get refunded for the US dollars I spent on the game in December, since this change is so terrible? I'll let the thousands of dollars I've spent over the past 15 years slide, but I would like the money I spent in December credited to me, please.
